The only RUU I could find for the SKU 901 is for firmware version 1.78.901.6. But since it's older than your phone's firmware and your phone is S-ON you won't be able to use it. Even ir-file doesn't have more RUUs for that SKU so I doubt that the RUU you need does exist at all. Sorry that I don't have better news.
