Hello!
Couple of weeks ago, I have purchased this Player from Google Play Store, all went OK but now I'm getting this error message... (see attachment)
Uninstalled and then reinstalled from Play Store but nothing happens... I still can't use the app.
Any idea?
Device: Xperia M C1904 Jelly Bean and Rooted, Stock ROM.
Have you tried installing the direct apk from the dev's website too?

Kindly Uninstall lucky patcher & try again.
In most of the cases it conflicts with our licensing system, even if it is not set to do.

Not renting until I go to Italy on the 29th, but it should work as the test is just on startup and you use the market to root

I actually have the market version and I can rent on my rooted Galaxy Nexus...

Any attempt to view a movie caused my A500 running ICS to reboot, the official app does not do this (it also doesn't play them, probably due to root)... can get logs another day, busy..
"There's a problem parsing the package" error for my rooted hd2. I don have google play movie before as well... any help?

If this dose not work there is a asp called voodoo ota root keeper that's hides ur root then I can rent movies when eve i want n. Then restore root when done easy simples!!!!!!!!!

Play music not working
I downloaded the new play music and it does not work PROPERLY.
I am in Canada with a rooted Galaxy Nexus running CM9.
the app did install and it runs, it even lets you rent a movie, but it wont play.
When you click play on the movie it says failed to fetch license touch to retry.
When you try to manage your offline movies and select your newly rented movie it says failed again error 925.
I hope they can figure this out so that i can rent movies.

I just checked AndroidManifest and I confirmed this apk is built for Android 3.2 or higher!
You'll get "error parsing package" if you try to install it on older android builds.
If this mod works correctly, I will probably be able to mod the apk for Froyo/GB/etc.

What does this mean?
Did you uninstall the original google play movies first?
It does install just fine on my SGS.
I can install it and my "test movie" i purchased shows up in the queue of the "movie app" unlike the stock version..When I start the movie, I get a licensing error...Im on cm9 on galaxy s and I couldn't my test movie to play...
p.s. I am referring to the version from yesterday in my initial comment...I just tried the new one and I can't install it...I changed permissions and still couldn't install the new one...cm9 as well

hey there guys...i installed the "installer cracked google play":. it seemed to work fine..but now it always says network timeout. i checked my wifi. and i installed the original play store 3.10.10 also. tried the mod version play store 3.10.10.
seems not working. i have slim bean 4.2.1 installed.any ideas here?

but now i tried to log in with a different account...and it worked...why is it not working with my account???
Okay so I've tried Googling this and posting this question in another thread but couldn't find/get an answer, so I thought I'd try to get help here. Awhile ago I installed either a 4.2 or 4.1 ROM (I can't remember), but whichever one it was, the market would show apps that weren't compatible with my 4.0 ROM. Such as GTA Vice City, The Sims 3, NBA 2K, etc. I then flashed back to a 4.0 ROM later on and those apps disappeared again. Now that I'm back on a 4.2 ROM, its not showing those apps. I was wondering what I can do to get those apps to show up again so I'm not forced to get the APK off the web. I know they're compatible with my phone because I've played those games before and they ran perfectly. Can anyone help?

HY, you can try wipe google play cache ,and restart the apk ,it might work,but if it doesnt try download google play on the web .PLEASE PRESS THANKS IF I HELPED!!!!!!
Are you sure that is the same 4.2 rom you use before? Maybe the app has been removed from the market temporarily. Use the Web play store to verify this. Good luck!

Its not the same 4.2 ROM that I had before and the apps haven't been removed at all. This ROM uses vending.apk instead of phomesky.apk and maybe that's why? Not sure. Thanks for your suggestions though.

There might be a problem with the apk you have installed.
I think you should download another apk of the same app and install it.

i tried installing so many apks, i installed it directly form google play store too. But nothing happens, the same error occurs.

maybe you should try 'screencast video recorder'.
I have the same phone and it works fine on it.
(screencast video recorder is a paid app you might need to download from other source)

hi dude, thanks for the suggestion of using Screencast recorder, i'm going to check it out..
But the SCR worked for me, i changed the encoder settings and set the resolution to a very minimum level and it's worked. But a little bit laggy..

Yesterday, my phone has autoupdated from 5.5.09 to 5.5.013s. After that the Google play stopped working.
My current version:
eui 5.5.013s(Stable release)
Release time: 2016-04-13
The error notification: "Sorry, Google Play services has stopped"
I searched and tried some method like delete Google play app and reinstall from Google installer, but the error keep showing.
Please help me the method to fixed this problem.

Thank you for replay. I didn't do it manually.
One day, the phone notified new version in System Update and it keep notified me times by times. There was no way to reject the update, just two options: remind one hour later or udpate now.
And I updated through that.
Before update, my version was 5.5.09 and google play worked fine.

I 've successed install Google Apps
Thanks to the vnmod team, I did that. Here is my process for anyone who has the same problem.
First is the team url

Second, I get the recovery for x500 and flash it. After that I install the google app the give through the new recovery and after reboot the heaven come.

They also make the recovery.bat for easy use but I found a problem in that.
Open it with an text editor. And find the line "if not %dev:~0,4%==x600 goto Noletv". Delete it.
After that just run the recovery.bat
