This notification appears every time any SuperUser-permission-granted app is started, and can be disabled in the SuperUser app settings menu.
If that doesn't work for you, try going into Developer Options and turning off USB Debugging.

I have this problem too with the stockjelly bean mms apks. A temporary solution would be to find and flash/ install a cm9 mms apk for your rom.

I was racing this weekend and connected to my GoPro wifi to control recording with the GoPro app. I kept getting the warning above which was incredibly annoying because I already have too much on my mind on race days. Is there any way to permanently disable this message?

Thanks for the condescending advice, but if you look at the screenshot that's not all it says. The checkbox doesn't solve my problem.
If anyone wants to be helpful, I'm still wondering.
I've not had to deal with this yet, but maybe try disabling background data.

It doesn't stay. Once you clear your recent apps it goes away

Not always for me, sometimes it goes away sometimes it stays. Sometimes it leaves a process in the Settings > Apps > Running tab as well. There is some issue with the app closing itself properly.

You'll have to ask the developer of that rom. That's not stock sm-g900p.

Do a factory reset. Something is wrong with your installation.
