Try this:-
Open developers option/root access - apps
Also go to the botton of dev option.. There is something empty..click it..its chamber of secrets xD

U dint need to do that. Like d other guy said.. Go to dev options n allow root access apps only

There is no bug like you have mentioned in your thread just give it a try....
The bug goes like this
At Each reboot the number of ringtones shown in the Sound Section increases :cyclops: This one Give a good battery backup compared to other ROM's... But this is a major issue
One more thing.. Can you add bug reporting functionality on this Post..? Just like for other Rom threads

I heard people bricking from AOSP ROMs well I never heard that one before this ROM is fine and fully tested so no one should have any issues....

That link works perfect, but i have tried on 3 different pc's with all different browsers and windows versions etc, but the one in your main post isn't working at all.
I don't know if others have this issue too, but maybe handy if you edit (or try yourself) it on pc

Full wipe/factory reset is recommended and if you are coming from an other base, its important to do a clean installation.
First boot will last a bit longer, can take till 5 to 8 minutes till its up.
It is, as usual, with Aromainstaller, in where you can select several options and apps. Gapps are also included.

haven't tested this in special, but on my mako the charging animation is ok and after reboot it has more % as before, 61% before and 67% after a few minutes of charging, so I assume it works proper....but, sorry I cannot test it on my i9305 don't have it next to me at the moment .

I flashed this rom instead of L Droid case you are the official maintainer of this one so I'm guessing it's easyer for you to fix any bugs that might occure in Spirit than in L Droid where if a bug is present you have to see first if its only in the port or in the original rom...any way to disable the back button in it? I've tried with build prop edit but no luck. Good rom so I can live without the navbar for now cheers!

Hey there, I've been running this rom with wipe and boeffla 2.3beta7b, it seems like I get a fair amount of FCs. have problems downloading files from some webpages I've tried.
and with kernel coming with the rom everything is ok?

I'll give it a go and report back. (i hardly use stock kernel, lol)
I'm thinking it could be solved by wipe cache, I'll check stock kernel first though and see how it goes, before trying boeffla with cache wipe if stock works. Cheers
EDIT: lol wipe cache solves fc problem with both stock and boeffla XD
(doesn't wipe for new rom in philz wipe cache though, pretty sure i wiped before installing :/)
Another bug: Is it just me, or are links in whatsapp appearing white?
@rodman01 it seems the fc with Boeffla comes when installing/uninstalling/updating apps. I'll see if I can get a log later when I'm at my computer.
Scrap that, many system apps fc often. Probably should use stock kernel for now.

Do you get any fc? I noticed on stock kernel after phone is on for >12 hours everything starts to fc and only reboot works.

Weather has been removed in this version, perhaps I missed a commit to revert before building, but it cannot work anymore as for now. And ref to gravitybox, sorry I have no idea.

...Gravitybox does not want to start but it is not essential in your version, there are already plenty of options.

The only thing that bothered me is the colors don't match the words (ex: orange shows blue color, etc) in sweetener installer

Hey, after I installed this rom, my SD Card does not show up in any file managers. It does show up in TWRP, and it's been fine on OmniRom, so it's got to be Candykat. Please, is there a fix?

Since many of we XL users Havent used o RRO/LAYERS , im giving introduction and how to use
WHAT IS RRO ?
ITS A THEME ENGINE SIMILAR TO CM THEME ENGINE - developed by sykopompos and others , hows it different from cm theme engine!
well not much - Every theme has what u call overlays or apps , even a CM theme has it , but they r all bundled and applied at once
RRO scatters it into individual overlayers/apps/layers and u can apply them individually
SO ITS BASICALLY PER-APP THEMEING

FIRST U NEED TO DOWNLOAD LAYERS MANANGER APP FROM GOOGLE PLAY - LINK

- I'LL SUGGEST A FEW MORE IN THE END
-Step 1: Find a theme(layer)/themes(layers) you want to install.
- a) u can download layers from playstore or above thread or GOOGLE lol
- Step 2: where is it saved ???
-If u download from playstore , it is saved in sdcard0(internal-storage)/Overlays folder (for example
if u download scarlett theme , it'll be in sdcard0/Overlays/scarlett.zip
--if u donwload APK , place it in internal storage and install from layers manager

How to use layers manager
- 1) click on select a layer to apply
2) go to ovelays or where u placed it
3) click on APPLY/PREVIEW layers
4) Now u can apply all by clicking double tick option on top right or u can long press a image and it will be applied
How to uninstall a layer
1) in Layers screen press Trash icon at top right edge
2) and remove a single or all overlays

-MORE THEMEING POTENTIAL THAN CM THEME ENGINE
-APKS ARE SMALL AND ZIPS TOO SO THEY DONT TAKE MUCH OF UR APP SPACE UNLIKE CM THEMES WHICH ARE HEAVY
-WIDE RANGE OF APPS THEMED (UL SEE )
-APPLY AS MANY LAYERS AS U WANT
-APPLY DIFF OVERLAYS FROM DIFF THEMES (EXAPMPLE- SYSTEMUI FROM SCARLETT THEME AND FRAMEWORK-RES FROM SKYBLUE THEME)
CONS :
-APPLYING METHOD IS A BIT TEDIOUS ( U HAVE TO REBOOT FOR CHANGES)
-BUT THE FEEL U GET IS UNLIKE CM THEMES ( ACC TO ME , DONT START A BATTLE I MYSELF HAVE MADE A FEW THEMES AND A CM THEME USER FOR LONG)

Well it's very diff from RR first of all it's not cm based and no cm theme engine but RRO which gives a diff experience ! But its ur wish to try my ROM

I want to install this ROM but please advise which kernel is more stable thunderzap 4.15 or the stock kernel?
I am asking because thunderzap causes BSOD on some ROMs and thunderzap is usually for cm based ROMs

hehe this rom has RRO layers.. download this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lovejoy777.rroandlayersmanager&hl=en = this is the manager which installs themes
for themes go here there r many others on google play..

If ur coming from a different rom , do a clean install (wipe data, system and cache) if from io then u have a choice of dirty ( wipe system and cache ) or clean

this is amazing Rom , but tow things I observed which is :
- when I'm changing system language to Arabic language , the system does not responding so I have to re install the Rom .
- no Themes , and buttery icon cant customize its color and its text beside icon does not work .
I hope fix these bugs soon .. ^_^ Thank you again man

i'l see about arabic lang.. no themes ? LOL .. read first post.. this rom has RRO-LAYERS.. google about it .. install layers manager from play store and search for layers themes in the same other bugs wil be solved too

It's the fastest Sony ROM. I used all famous ones from 4.1 to 5.1
