After about 7 months of work i finally have my first app on the google play store. Here is some of the information about the app that is on the play store as well. I hope you guys like it, am not much of a designer hence some basic graphics.

Gopher CnYS (Classifieds and Yard Sale) is set out to make selling and buying items very easy, fast and convenient, locally.
Some of the features;
Easy to use, minimal if any learning curve.
Use any of the 3 favorite log in methods.
Get all the information you need right on the main screen.
Sell literally in seconds, saving you time for other chores.
You can add up to 4 pictures of the product giving buyers more details.
You can view, edit and delete all your listings from one screen.
Distance sorting as default, giving you ability to see what is selling near by.
Filters such as categories, amount, newest and favorites get right to the point.
Seller rating with buyer comments. Feel safer by knowing others had good experience.
Follow sellers. Always be in touch with your favorite sellers.

Use Gopher search tab ability to set search keywords. Gopher will search for you and let you know when match is found.

The 7 receipts limit is annoying. Only 7 times? Instead, limit the number of items that can be added or the number of persons to split the bill to. Otherwise lable your app as demo not free.

Hey guys, I wanted to share an app that I made recently with you. It's called Simbal, and it's an electronic checkbook app. The name Simbal comes from "Simple Balance".
I made Simbal because, like many people, I have various bank accounts that I need to keep track of. Unfortunately, my bank's app is always behind by a few days, so it's practically useless. And while I do have a checkbook, I always find myself putting off recording my receipts and purchases until later.
So, I decided to combine the practicality of a checkbook with the convenience of a smartphone! Simbal allows you to create and track an unlimited number of checkbooks and transactions. It also has home screen widgets (Or lock screen, if you're running at least 4.2) that allow you to track the balance of specified checkbooks and add transactions directly from the widget.
Simbal has ads, but they can be turned off though in app purchases. But they're more like donations, because I don't believe in buying functionality, so I've provided 5 different donation amounts. All of them just turn off ads.

There's a donate option in the menu. The way it's done is through an in app purchase. There are five different preset donation amounts, all of them do the same thing, which is to remove ads. The only reason I provide multiple amounts is so that people could donate more if they wanted to.

Review:
I can see the app being limited by the "standard" and "pro" version. You have to pay to upload more pictures, but you're not really getting anything in return.
For example if you pay to post your link, and more people see it, there is a return. However simply being able to upload your picture to your service seems like people are paying to make your service better. You're benefiting on both ends. You're not only getting the $ for the premium app, but people who spent $ on it are going to want to use their uploads on their best pictures, ensuring that your service has the best pictures to offer.
Unfortunately that's something that I think needs to be adjusted. Otherwise the app is just a random wall paper changing application.
Remembering about Investment Maturity dates and premium payables, is no longer a problem with the launch of this new app - Investment Reminder.
It helps categorizing investments in the form of General (broad category to allow anyone and everyone to use it for various types of investments), LIC (Insurance) and Gold.
Just key in few important details regarding the investment, add a document image and tag some notes for referral and just sit back and relax.
The app will take care of notifying you, when specific investments are nearing maturity and you need to take action.
