[Q] few question about chinese smartphone and there rom.

hey
i just got my new android smartphone, im surfing here alot but im new registered user so i cant put link after 10 messages...
the smartphone is NO.1 I9400 can be found in sites like pandawill and lightake.
and i got some question... by the way the phone have root and the normal android recovery
1. i wonder if i can put on it rom that beased on other phone
because there is no custom rom for this one..and the rom i got with him is lame,
2. where can i get the rom that already on the phone..is it possible? the company have no web...or at least i didnt found the site.
3. is there any rom that made to work on all phone
i mean to install it and it will reconize the phone hardware and all, like a general rom for all phone
4. is it possible to put total clean ics 4.1.2? that never have been change on this phone? if so where can i download it?
i have 4.1.2 but it look like it have been customed by the supplier..
5. can i take custom rom like cm9 and change it to work with my phone? like self customize it but in nooby way with guild because im not a developer so i have no experience with building roms...

Basiclly your out of luck here, Almost no China based devices are here. So your better off looking on some china sites.

I've tried every rooting method but no luck please help me !! ​

OK I've manged to root the tablet with Vroot program but the root app in my phone in chines i want to switch into superSU app when i install it it's just keep telling me to update binary and when i uninstall the chines root app the phone become unrooted any help ?​

Use Kingo pc program to root any android device... But you must make a backup

[Q] HP (Compaq) 8 (1401) not a slate

Hi,
Was searching for an rom for the HP 8 (1401) / HP Compaq 8 with jb 4.2.2 o Cheap model)
This is not an Slate or a Touchpad.
I managed to root but the android 4.2.2 is a poor rom.
After the root I installed a few programs and games and did an cold restart, the tablet did a complete reset to its self .
The root stayed but all the games and programs where gone.

If u did not updated to 4.4.2 than u can root with rootgenius from pc connection, than install vodoo ota root keeper or some app named like this pic as a golden shild with red android boy behind it.????? Via playstore. Than read forum how to save ure root if u wanna update to 4.4.2 kitkat.
I dit id without save my root, now no root anymore.

[Completed] About upgrading micomax canavas hue 2 from kitkat to lollipop.

I'm using canvas hue2 model a316.
There is no official update for my device, i need update anyway possible.i have rooted device using kingo root n then replaced superuser by superSU for busybox and titanium backup to work fine.i don't knoe what to do for upgrading though i tried searching custom roms for it but no luck,there's not a single one supporting.There r many apps like mirrativ n others which needs lollipop for broadcasting n using full functions of them. "*Any way i can make it assume that it is not kitkat instead it is lollipop? Or any other way? Or any custom rom? Or other official update that will support it for upgrade?*"
And the worst thing is that it has inbuilt battery in it(non removable)..it's design copied from iPhone 6 kinda look like it! Plz help!
