I expect this recommendation to the users of batteries
I've heard a lot of good things about the Anker battery. Plus, you can get one for very cheap.

Choose Anker, actually, they all have a same capacity in same battery size.Anker do the best in long term performance, and it's the cheapest one as well
I just got my Sensation about 2 weeks ago and immediately ordered an Anker. I've been using that for about a week. It seems to stay a little cooler and last a little longer, nothing major. Then again, the cost is pretty minor so I say jump on it! If that's not good enough, there is the big mack daddy from Mugen (3600?) with the extended case of course.
I've had my Galaxy S 4G for several months now, and recently the battery life has lessened during daily use.
I originally used a 1700mAh genuine Samsung battery (forgive me it may have been 1650), but switched over to some backup batteries I have that are 1500mAh.
The 1500's don't have the same life, so I'd like to buy something better.
I found a 2000mAh on eBay, but would that require a new battery door? The seller does not indicate the battery size. Is it possible to get a 2000mAh battery for my 4G S that is the same size as the original battery?
Any suggestions and response are appreciated. Thanks! - Jamie
as far as I know, there's only one fairly decent battery that will fit your phone as is. and that would be the 1800 mAh battery. there's a thread about it in the accessories section, you should look it up
Thanks for your suggestion. Doesn't seem to be the sort of question many want to answer.
They sell 1800mAh batteries on eBay for 2.99, so I think its worth a shot. I just don't want to get a battery that requires a new door, or makes my phone thicker.
Just saying, you get what you paid for. Honestly, IMO you should try to get the OEM samsung battery for the epic 4g touch, or ankler 1800mAh batteries. there was a battery thread somewhere around the vibrant accesories board which someone tested a bunch of batteries, and a lot of the cheaper off-brands had a lower mAh rating than advertised
We shall see. I actually ended up ordering a 2000mAh off eBay for 11.49. The battery was listed as a fit for my phone. I have actually had some good experience in the past buying third-party batteries, specifically for Motorola phone, but, I've also had poor experiences buying knock-off batteries for blackberries that were packaged to look like the genuine thing.
I'll post back, maybe in a week or so when the battery is delivered and I test it.
Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and I seem to face issues with the crappy stock battery, so I bought 3500maH battery and it works like a charm, however it is way to big, to bulky for my taste and as such I was planning on buying either a 1900maH Anker battery which you seem to like a lot guys, or one of these two:
- http://www.ebay.ca/itm/MPJ-Battery-...hone_PDA_Batteries&hash=item4d11f0660f&_uhb=1
Which one do you think I should buy? I heard the Anker batteries don't overheat the device unlike the stock battery and some others, so I'm not sure whether I should go for the larger ones or the Ankers.
I have no experience with those two but I DO know Anker. They aren't Chinese, they are cheaper than those & they are realistically labeled for milli-amp/hours. (1900 MAh) ANKER....for SURE.......IMHO.
From what I've seen Anker has gone up in price. Anyone know a cheap source?
Also I think I read somewhere that Anker and ChiChiTec are the same batteries as well, just with different labelling, so I wonder if there's another same cheaper marketed battery
There are several battery threads over in "Accessories". Personally I read them all a couple of months ago then bought a gold battery from the "2450mAh gold slim" thread. Found on ebay the Japanese-manufactured that people had had better experiences with, bought it, and found (admittedly not 2450mAh) but longer battery life and far fewer brown-out random reboots. The difference was so stark, I went back a few days later and bought a second!

Yep, thanks for all your opinions guys, I will try to buy them both to compare them, if that's not possible though since my dad is the one buying them Ill try out the 2400mAh one, I just can't trust a product like Anker, I mean it it just about 25% bigger than the stock battery, it must be a trusty little battery but I'm pretty sure it won't make any miracles happen, I'm a heavy user and I make my 3500mAh battery last about 7 or 8 hours, so I think I will go for the big one. Thanks again guys for all your opinions. Really appreciated.
I bought an Anker for my mt4gs and it FAR outperformed the stock battery. I bought two and they came with a stand alone charger. So awesome were they that I bought Ankers for my Note 2. The stock Samsung battery hasn't been in the phone for 6 months. I haven't seen a downside yet after 2 years.
Hastily spouted for your befuddlement
So my stock battery hasn't been giving me the battery life that it used to, so I'm looking for replacements. I went on ebay because that's where I got my batteries for my OG Evo and I came across these. Since they have been purchased so many times, I was wondering if anyone here has purchased them and could tell me what they think.
Thanks guys.

Anker, Zerolemon and RAVPower® 3rd Gen are the best choices, can't go wrong with either of them, just find which one fits your taste and your pocket money.
Also Xiaomi's power pack has good reviews and is very neatly prized
I have put together a few of my own.
You can purchase (for very cheap) an 18650 lithium ion cell enclosure, your choice of how many cells, how many USB ports, what amperage support, and what lithium cells you'd like to use and boom.
Especially if you have a few laptop batteries hanging around that still have a lot of cycles left, they are full of 18650 lithium ion cells.

I just got this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LXL6L9E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it works great
I am using this really cheap Chinese 6000mah power bank.. It gives me two full charge, brand powertron.
I have these two. Always carry the smaller one in my backpack.
