Hello I'm using MMX a177 canvas juice and I wanted to back up my stock ROM through cwm. After it was completed it showed an error in making zip image. So what should I do now please help

Hello everyone, it is my first post here I hope it will be helpful for me and others, I need flashable full stock rom for QMobile A910, I flashed a stock rom earlier through CWM without backing up the original rom, everything is working in this rom but sensor lights (function keys) at botton are not working as they should ( won't auto turn off while watching media etc.. ) so its irritating and soaking up my battery, any suggestions regarding this matter will be very helpful, Thanks in advance.

From what I've seen in the first thread, you need to flash a custom recovery, then you root. But how to do that on your device, I do not know.
