Based on "JELLY NEX™[Stock Look]" Ported for MMX A110 initially by "captain_nemo" and finally its here for Lava Iris 501 Devices

This ROM is Without Kernel. You Need To Flash Kernel If you are On 4.1.x.
If U R on 4.2.x already then skip the Kernel flashing.​

You Must Take A Nandroid Backup First { HIGHLY Recommended}​
Prerequisites: You must have at-least Stock 4.1.1 on your phone, and have Working CWM flashed,
If you are on 4.0.4 ICS, DO NOT TRY THIS, its not tested on ICS and I cannot fix it if you break it by trying it.
Installation Process
1. Copy the Downloaded ROM zip file on SD card.
2. Reboot into CWM Recovery.
3. Wipe Data / Factory Reset.
4. Clear Cache Partition.
5. Clear Dalvik Cache
6. Mount and Format /system
7. Install ROM zip from SD card (don't Reboot immediately)
8. Install Kernel zip from SD card (needed for 4.1 users)
9. Reboot and You have have been upgraded !!!

Before we begin tech stuff
Finally after lot of itch, I was able to use one of the available ROM from Canvas2 and bang my head for weeks to make it work on
Lava Iris 501, its a beta release and apart from Hardware fixes, every Credit goes to "captain_nemo"
Without him been able to make it work on Micromax Canvas 2 (A110) I couldn't have made it for Lava Iris 501.
Apart from captain_nemo, "SuperDroid-BOND" came as a SANTA much before x-mas to Solve a major issue
and his kind helping tweak made me use this ROM as day-to-day ROM.
He is very kind and people like him makes XDA a much better place for newbies too.
Lastly another user "imsurazz" is one who has kept reminding me about making the ROM available to XDA users
and his beta testing friendly team, He kept on PM'ing me, and frankly speaking I liked it, although I was not online most of the days
but his efforts caught me to upload it for the sake of MTK 6577 devices and friends on Lava Iris 501.
He too really deserves many thanks.

Good work dude.. Good to see 4.2.2 for iris 501.. Even i have worked on android 4.2.2 a bit and got almost fully functional ROM but there is some problem with the compass and camera sensor.. Though camera is working but the pictures taken are too dark.. And i'm not able to figure out what problem is.. If you have any idea then please let me know as well.. Autofocus is working fine..

for Camera, can someone try the extracted camera from newer devices.
I am currently not much online but I think Camera from LEWA OS should work fine with the ROM i ported.
will try camera mods this weekend and post back.

I don't think thats so easy to use everything from Iris501 and flash it on 455 that easily. I am sure hardware specs would be different for both
models and it will certainly lead to BOOTLOOP or even BRICK.

Put your kernel and give a try. even if it boots u will have lots of bugs

I download patch and try also, no use. After patch camera work great, headset icon also work. But message and apk install not work. Play store also say error code 101 . So need patch

Use greenify, without any external app, 400 to 450 ram is free. This rom uses it's own framework which utilizes bit more RAM. but gives you also beautification and productivity

Lewa is competitor to MIUI in china.. Both have beautiful UI. Lewa provides some new and unique features.

Lots of Chinese....

Rom is good but as i have used Miui, i dont find Lewa different from it. Anyway, good job :good:

Since Base Os is of chinese phone, system apps will be chinese. Everything else will be english. I have removed many chinese bloatware too.

Thanx for review bro.. For lag, use greenify, it helped me to play asphalt 8 lagless.. and ya, there was chinese stock browser which I removed but flash gapps from link and download browser of your choice from playstore Dolphin is cool, I am using now.

3g problem
Thank u for the great rom.
But i am facing a problem.
1. 3g is not working in both sim.
2. Wcdma seletion is not worki g properly.
Settings>mobile network settings> 3g service>network mode.> wcdma only is not working. (after reboot the settings change)

I have been using this Rom for 2weeks now . its actually great and stable few minor tweaks
Where the volume bar for music player was a bit off grid probably due to screen resolution
Values . this touchwiz rom was so good n smooth UNTILL I STARTED HAVING HEADACHES
so did my mom and my bro. Heavy headaches . PRobably the SAR VALUES are miscalculated i have no idea how SAR values work nor do i knw how custom ROM affects this values . i have flashed to my old STOCK ROM V3 for a110q. Guys its a request to check

You have to reflash a custom rom if its not work then you have reflash a stock rom and it will be solved for sure

And i advice you to not flash the rom which is not for your device and if u want to flash that rom which is not for your device then you to proper edit update script in rom then it will work fine [emoji4]

Please somebody help me I saw the screen shots it was just fabulous, but after flashing it it's going again and again in bootloop .
I'm using 6.0.5.1 cwm I have download it several times and flashed but it's going in boot loop onlg .

looking at the screen shots everything looks lollipop .....so where is kitkat in it?? just curious....

First of all ,the Rom is very good with very much similarity to android L, but while using i notice some minor issues
1) when pressing home button, sometimes it opens recent apps instead of home screen and also a little bit of lag while doing that.
2) OK Google is working on all screens but it doesn't catches voice even if we speak so close to the phone, it works only if we speak loudly and so close to the phone i think that there is some mic problem
other than that the Rom is very good, good battery backup, excellent user interface
please fix the above mentioned minor issues.

Yes rom is supperb, great so far, i just noticed some lags... But can be ignored..... Great work keep it up...

Hey i edited systemui to make recent apps panel look more like lollipop...
Bt there's always some problem with last item in panel...
Some portion of last panel is cut...
Other than that it works good...
I m adding screenshot and mod
Please check and tell if u can help...

Bro its system file so u cant install it directly...
U need to manually push it into system->priv-apps and then set correct permission...
Or else if u want i can give u flashable zip...

Plz give flushable zip file for this...

Just flash "Alice_Lollipop_recent_apps_v0.4.zip" from below directly from recovery..
if you dont like it and want to revert back flash "Alice_original_recent_apps.zip"...

both are same...
u cannot install systemui.apk directly u will have to manually push it into system...
so i suggest just go for zip file...
