im have a htc one m7 on verizon android 4.4.2 sense 6
im trying to get the ViperOne rom into this phone but the phone is not s-off(unable to) not rooted, no TWRP,
is there anyway to install this amazing rom without soff the device, if possible, please instruct me

I'm not an expert in HTC devices but I think that yes, you need s-off to install custom ROMs so you'll have to check your phone's forum to see how you can do it and then flash the ROM.

I've recently rooted my phone (about a month ago) and now can't get the new sense 4.1 OTA update. So I was just wondering if anybody knows where I can find the RUU file for T-mobile as i'd prefer to get over air updates rather then flashing roms. I'm relatively new to all this rooting stuff so I don't know much. Can someone please help me?
in the development section, look for rom collection post, TMOUS should be there.

Yes. Make sure you look for your version. It should say on the list.

Don't think anyone has it, also need one here. You can try the T-Mobile US RUU, it might or might not give you a CID error.

I rooted my device a week ago and tried installing arhd 81.0. for some reason it doesn't get installed properly no matter how much time I do the installation process. The only rom I could find running on my device is paranoid beta 5. I haven't taken a backup of the stock rom that came with my device. Now I want to go back to stock android. I don't know which ruu file I have to choose. Pls help me with the process of unrooting by furnishing a step by step guide. Hi everybody!
Sorry i'm new on XDA even though you guys helped me a lot with my previous phones. I'm now with an HTC One M8 running ViperOne M8 (rooted Android 4.4.3 with TWRP and unlocked Bootloader but S-ON). I'd like to go back to stock android, even without root option so i can upgrade to the newest Lollipop version. I've read that because of S-ON i can't update the firmware, which is what i'm supposed to do according to Viper's Forum... I tried using official RUU but it didn't work... Can someone help me out with this?

my rooted HTC M8 works at the moment with Android Revolution HD 41.0 b mike1986.
i wanna update the system with a new Custom rom, but if i try to load the bootloader, the phone hangs on, and the only way to reboot is to cut it from the battery pack. how can i fix it?
