I have updated my droid.ultra which I am using overseas with another cdma operator to 4.4.4 but there are problems getting data to work.
Can anyone guide how can I go back to 4.4. . It was working fine .

Yes, impossible even with unLocked BL, since they have changed BL in latest 4.4.4, afaik...
Reliance CDMA?
Please get latest series of SIM card from them and try again.

I have an unlocked and rooted XT926 and have been successfully installing roms on this regularly until the 4.3 roms have come out. Each time I install a rom that is based on android 4.3, they install and work but cannot detect the SIM card. It is like the device doesn't see the card at all.The selector is always stuck at NV and switching to RUIM/SIM does not stay set.
I can install 4.1 or 4.2 based roms just fine, either from a backup or by doing a clean install and have the sim card detected and data connectivity, just not any 4.3 based ones. Can anyone suggest a cure?

I was able to resolve this. I had originally rooted back in December from stock with motochopper. That was apparently my problem because after I re-rooted using the Razr HD Utility version 1.21 all is fine in the world now. Let the flashing begin......

You have an xt926 running a 4.3 based rom and you are on gsm? Please explain your exact steps, because it seems no one is having sucess with the new roms and gsm

So my XT926 is running the latest PacMan ROM but I am restricted to 2g data. When I unchecked the 2g only box, the phone doesn't even register. I am using the Pacman GSM rom. I am using Net10. UMTS works with the stock rom but i thing i still need to do some digging to get it to work with the AOSP rom
Does anyone know if the gsm network for the xt926 works with later builds of cm 10.2 or cm10.2 based roms?

I was just in Spain and tried to use a Vodafone SIM card in my Verizon xt926 (CM 10.2 ROM). The phone was set on Global and it detected the SIM card, but could not find any network. Updating the APN list did not work either. Sucks, thought the xt926 had international radios.

It does. The problem is with the ROM. Stock ROM works great internationally.

I unlocked my moto g on the tesco network still on 4.3 and giffgaff worked great then i got the OTA too 4.4,
since then i lose network connection randomly i tried deleting all apns and starting fresh in case there was an issue,
but no luck figuring this out anyone else had this problem.
If i downgrade it works perfect unsure whats going on.

My Moto G is also from Tesco, I unlocked it and I'm using giffgaff. Yesterday I faced some of your problems while on 4.3. After updating to 4.4 everything is back to normal, so I think it should be some Giffgaff network problem and not the phone itself.
I am also in giffgaff. I unlock the boot loader and flashed US 4.4.2 and I haven't witness any signal loss

Ok thx ill upgrade again and see if i get any issues.
I was facing carrier data loss issues when i was on 4.4.2 but now im on 4.4.4 but still have the same problem can some one please help me in this ?

I didn't get update yet. maybe it's because I'm non-GPE
I'm GPE too. No OTA yet. I didn't think they released it for any Moto G. What country are you in?
I have just put up a guide on how to get it as people are having issues with side loading it.. I never received ota and I flashed official firmware signed.. In the UK but I've got it working with H & H+ icons

I got this mobile from usa officially unlocked it and now m in India and still not getting lollipop update and do still I have to use AT&T rom if I have officially unlocked my device. I am still not getting lollipop update and it's showing me no update found , it's now showing cause I'm in India . I have no idea how to update to lollipop .

I had this problem also because I was on another provider. I updated apn network to include "fota" under apn type. I checked for update and it showed immediately. I don't know if this will work for you because my provider is a prepaid and still uses AT&T's nework, but it's worth a shot.

My APN setting didn't have "fota" under APN type. After I did this, update showed immediately. Also other people who had this issue installed it the manual way. They downloaded the ota file and updated in Stock recovery.

This has already been discussed many of times. And nothing has changed. You MUST use an AT&T or h2o SIM card to get the update. The D850 is tot only there's no kdz for AT&T models. And no you cannot flash wrong model firmware.

You can also see if there is a stock based flash able custom rom. But haven't looked in awhile for the AT&T model.

I'll chime in with the reminder that after updating to stock MM, you might never be able to rollback to an earlier firmware or root the device should you decide that you would like to do so.

Thank you, i´ll stay in 5.0.1. which is working just fine till cm 14 arrives (if it does).
