So I got this Motorola ET1 tablet that my company was going to throw away to recycling because we are moving.
The problem is that this is an enterprise tablet and its locked with android 2.3.4 Gingerbread. I cant upgrade it and it doesnt even have google play so I cant install anything
Do you guys know how could I upgrade it to a more recent version of Android? Or at least how could I install a program to watch movies? Right now I cant play any of them
Thanks

Hi,
I can't find anything relevant on XDA for your device. You can try one of the generic root methods at the top of the list here,
XDA Root Directory
If that doesn't help, you will need to ask for help here,

Hello everyone. I'm new here. But I have a problem that I hope someone can help me solve it with. Actually, I have a Cherry Mobile Omega Infinity phone or X110 (my device name, I think). Until today, my O.S. is still Jellybean 4.2.2 and I'd like to have it upgraded but I think Google Playstore and Cherry Mobile hasn't come to put terms to it. Is there a way that I can upgrade or update it without using my software update app on my phone since it always says that my device OS is "allegedly" up to date. Lol. Can someone let me know how to solve my problem? How can I upgrade/update it in a friendlier and nicer way because my brother told me that one way to update my device is to reformat it but I don't wanna do it since it erases all my saved files on my device. THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE TO ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM. God Bless!

I had viper rom installed for a while then I decided to flash back to stock in order to be able to play pokemon go. Turns out its on a 4.3 update. Now I cant normally update my phone because it keeps telling me that im out of space when I have 20gb available, I can update and download apps fine but apparently I cant update my phone software. I tried a COMPLETE phone wipe and this **** still persists.
So I went on HTC website and downloaded their latest ROM update wizzard for HTC One, but guess what, cant be that easy right? Lets **** you over again and make so that the updated gets stuck because once the phone enters bootloader, Win 10 no longer wants to recognize the damn thing and so update just fails.
Now the only option I can think of is to directly updating through an apk file (if possible) through TWRP. Is that possible? Is there even such a file in existence that will let me manually update from 4.3 to 4.4?
Im on Win 10
Android version 4.3 build JWR66V.H10 ( I need atleast 4.4 and up)
