Theme Suggestions.

As you can see XDA has got new 2013 Theme. So there is always a place where you would like to suggest some ideas or betterment.
Here you can add you suggestions & show your support. :angel:

First of all the theme is real good, but please change the white color of the theme. It causes strain to the eyes after long reading.
Add something like cream or some light color as the old theme.

[Q] Biftor Rom - Lockscreen Information Ticker - How to display news

Hi,
Using Biftor ROM v4.7. It is a great ROM so far.
Only thing is, I am unable to display news in the lockscreen. Selecting Content-Type as "News" in Information Ticker but cannot change the source / category of news. On the lockscreen, a small panel for news (Yahoo!) appears but no content inside. Is this a bug? Or do I need to install some application for this to work?
I am unable to post in the respective thread as my post count < 10. And nobody else seems to have raised this issue.

Anybody -- Experts please help!

[Completed] Why some functions don't work

I like the new Rom, however there are lot of missing functions.
first the setting button does not work and it displays the current apps, also the side bare is missing the tab.
The notification panel is missing some buttons and the air command is not working with the pen

You would need to be specific about your device make and model and the exact Rom you're talking about. Asking for help in the rom threads is always the best solution.

Why some functions do not work
My phone is samsung GT-N 7100 and I'm referring to DN 4 update 3, which is not available on electron-team.com website anymore.
the settings button does not work and the side bar is missing the tab, the clock widget does not change the city when I wipe my finger, some buttons are not available in the notifications panel, the stylish pen does not work with the air command

The story Happen when my mobile OS successful up-gradation of Infinix Hot Note X551 OS to official lollipop .NOw The following application which were working fine with KitKate are now freezing or doesn't work any more.
iPray: Prayer Times & Qibla
Retro Clock Widget
Silent Time
Digital Clock Widget Xperia
Profile Scheduler
Mr. Silent, Auto silent mode
Hd Widgets
etc
The above application will closed completely when Closing all background apps is applied i-e You will not received any notification from above apps for they have installed.

Sharp Aquos S2 - Smile UX general and notification issue

Hey guys,
does anyone know how to fix the notification problem on Sharp's Smile UX?
or genereally does anyone use a Sharp phone with Smile UX?

In Settings -> S Boost > Background apps management you can choose which apps are allowed to keep running when screen is off.
I had the same problem. No notifications from hangouts, email etc. before I switched them on for all applications manually.
