I own a Samsun Galaxy GT I9001 S Plus phone.
With great help from this forum i could successfully root my device.
Later installed CM11 Kitkat ROM and Gapps as well.
I then replaced kernel with one which supportsUV and OC ( as stated in the forum)
Now when i want to undervolt and overclock my CPU for getting performance boost or to save on battery life , i am not able to Undervolt.
Although i am able to overclock to 1.8GHz from 14.Ghz.
The error says " Your kernel does not support undervolting"
Am i making any mistake in configuration or else?
Please help.

Overclock module for Galaxy Core Plus?

Hi, I was wondering if there is someone who could create overclock module for samsung galaxy core plus? Or at least give me some info on how to create it if it's not too hard. Currently there are no custom kernels, custom ROMs or recoveries for this phone, it can only be rooted. http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_core_plus-5842.php
Nobody?

Here is a OC Kernel for the SM-G350, which supports up to 1,6 GHz:

[Completed][Q] can i install custom kernel on a custom rom?

Hey there i m new here and in grave dilemma. I m using samsung galaxy grand duos i9082 running on cm11 dual sim rom based on android 4.4 and i m feeling the need to overclock my cpu, so can i flash custom kernel over the custom rom which i m using? The custom kernel which came along with the custom rom overclocked
my cpu by 0.1 ghz i.e. from 1.2 ghz to 1.3 ghz and m feeling a need to overclock it to a more higher extent, as there is no substantial change in the performance even after switching from stock to a custom rom. i need ur help and advices
you may flash a Custom Kernel designed for your device over a custom Rom, also designed for your device. Do not Overclock to the point the device is unstable or is permanently damaged.

[Completed] [Q] Galaxy grand cm12 kernel

I have flashed cm12 on samsung galaxy grand and i tried overclocking the processor. I was able to overclocl itto 1300 MHz from 1200MHz. But i wasnt able to increase the core voltage. Is there any kernel available for my phone having cm12 rom that supports increasing core voltage and other good stuff.
I have attached a screenshot of the rom n kernel installed on my phone.
I used kernel tweaker 2014, voltagecontrol, no-frills cpu control to try changing the corevoltage. But the option wasnt showing up
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Take a look at this,http://www.xda-developers.com/rooting-and-overclocking-for-noobs-chad-hughes-xda-tv/ And setcpu and voltage control are other options.
Good luck!
