Install instructions:

It does not. Appears to be stuck at bootanimation. I only waited about 10 mins but normally a ROM has booted by then. It was a clean flash with no GApps.

No, I'm not the right person to answer that one However, CarbonRom installs and runs successfully on my Skyrocket.

GS themed swiftkey and slideit. since its a paid apps send a screenshot of it purchased in the store and ill send it.
1.nandroid before flashing
2.wipe if coming from another rom then (skip 3 if coming from cm6 or cm6.1)
3.flash this first let it boot
4.then flash Galaxy S Rom let it boot
5.then flash GS Gapps let boot
6.then any custom kernels or battery tweaks

the folder is just the themed launcherpro.apk, icons and dock to customize lp. just put on sd so you can use it for lp.

That seemed to work. I flashed Cyanogen mod 6.1 latest nightly then flashed this Galaxy S rom. So far so good. It's very cool. Thank you so much!

What worked on my Hero CDMA was I first flashed cm6.1 nightly and let it boot, then flashed this galaxy s rom, let that boot correctly, then flashed gapps. Works like a charm so far.

I installed this after a full wipe and flashing boot.img in fastboot and when it starts I get a Wiper FC and Phone stopped working and I cant do anything. Help?

you are supposed to flash this on a fully made setup phone, you first have to flash rom and gapps.. then set up everything, then take a backup, then flash this zip
