Are the call log and messages opening faster now or are they still the same?
Hey I think there is some problem while installing Angry birds. Stuck at the install screen
While installing on my 5801 i stuck on boot screen
I think this is only for i 5800
Sorry buddy, I am using on my i5801. And its great
One new pre-installed application called places is also added in this firmware.

hi dear,
this is my first post as android user i bought 5801 four wk back and done something in root and able to run live wallpaper. now today i thought to give upgrade one try and install K1 ver which u r also running and many others after succesfull instllation i saw my home screen and found that Twlauncher is not running and i am getting Force close everytime.
Now i try two more time and same thing happen also there is no icon for setting in menu so i cant see if other things are ok like IMEI no etc...
i am new to this OS and want to know if any other person is having the same problem.

Ok so here is an Update
1) installation succesfull K1
2) Home screen no Twlauncher
3) No wallpaper changer phone book etc
4) Reboot
5) recovery mood +hard reset
6) reboot
WORKING FINE.
now only have to see if there is any change in terms of performace....
my model no changed
i used this firmware on my 5801, now the boot screen says i5800. In kies too it is being recognised as i5800. restoring earlier firmware doesnt help. kindly advise
i need original firmware for i5801...

Hello guys I updated my Samsung galaxy gt-i5800 yesterday with Kyrilos Rom v10.4 and I have a question about how to apply "Hotfix_swype_v10.4" and I am having problem with auto rotation.Can you help me how to fix it?

for autorotation try to set wifi policy to never sleep.........or try reading some posts by users in Kyrillos rom v 10.5 thread aswell

Hi everybody, i get an error when i start my Arnova 7G3 and it get poping up. I think i've to flash it but cannot find any Rom to do so. Can anyone send me a link to download a Stock or mod ROM?
By the way i'm new in android if i can get a tutorial too it will be good.

I wa using official Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread on my Samsung Galaxy SL GT i9003, but then BBM released, and then i came to know it works only on 4 and higher. a frnd of mine suggested to switch to custom ROM. so i wanted to switch to ICS, but i couldnt find the CM9 file on net anywhere so i installed Jellybean CM10. now after installation i dont get network coverage nor my Camera works, infact there is no app to open camera at all, if i go into messages and try to send MMS by recording from camera the message app closes down,
please can any1 help me with this? if ther is no solution can any1 atleast share the link for Galaxy GT 9003 CM9 zipped file?ill switch to ICS atleast if cant get Jellybean repaired.
i m totally new to this custom ROM stuff, i tried installing CM9 of other fones such as HTC and Galaxy S but my phone while installing Aborted the process.
please help me with this, my phone has been idle since last 3 days and m using it only for wifi purpose.

yeah its most likely the JB rom is not quite ready for the SL, they could still be working on it, just asking did you flash the Gapps.zip after the rom?
i myself found a 4.3 rom for your device, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2435945 pacman rom is a pretty great rom.
I've been waiting for 3 days to download that kernel but still got error while downloading. Tried different pc/phones but still the same.
Is there someone so kind who can upload it somewhere or send it to me?
