[Q] How to install custom rom on Omega tablet?

I wanted to know if its possible to install a custom rom on Chinese tablet Omega MD 7132

[Q] Custom Roms Needed for XOLO A1000

I wanted to install a custom rom like cyanogenmod in my Xolo A1000. I searched everywhere but not able to find any custom rom for it. Can anyone suggest any good custom rom for this.
And if no such custom rom is available then is there any rom which i can easily port to my device. Any rom for similar device?
Also i wanted to ask if i change my kernel will i be able to install any rom ? confused
