Search RUU for HTC ONE S [S3] HTC_012

Hello Guys,
i search the ruu for my htc one s villec2.
In the last days i tried to flash my one s, and yesterday it works,
but now i want the official rom back to try the new update from htc.
So first I relock my bootloader and used the RUU (RUU_VILLEC2_U_ICS_40_HTC_Europe_1.11.401.110_Radio_16.12.20.02U_16.05.20.16_M2_release_263510_signed.exe)
but the installation says that its not the right ruu.
After this i unlock my bootloader and flash the stock_recovery from the ruu and relock the bootloader again, but the ruu doesn´t work again.
But some days ago this ruu worked and now it doesn´t work.
I don´t know what i have to do now.
Some Ideas?

Seemed to have killed phone

I have spent a week driving myself insane with this phone and now it won't boot and I cannot seem to get is back to factory settings.
I tried to follow guides here for rooting but I could not get them to work.
In the end I used this guide (including the unlock bootloader via htcdev) and it got my phone rooted.
I then thought it would be a great idea to install the viper S rom... It was not. Now the phone will not go past the ht sensation logo on boot and I cannot get the firmware here (phone parses the file and then does nothing on the bootloader), the odexed stock image here or the any other image like this to install.
Please can someone tell me how to get this phone working again?
This whole thing has really stressed me out, I would be really grateful if someone could just give me some simple instructions. An image to flash via clockwork would be great. I have tried for days to do it my self but am starting to go crazy.

the problem is when you are flashing a rom when you are S-ON it has not the ability to flash the boot partition by itself
you have to flash the boot.img of the rom manually or
flash 4ext recovery ,enable smartflash from it and then flash the rom.see here

edit:in order to upgrade your firmware you have to be S-OFF

Thank you very much, I have now got the viper S rom running after using the linked to information (Enable 4EXT SmartFlash)

eMMC-boot
once i flashed the rom it boots enter the home screen, 3 seconds later freezes and goes to a bootloop what should i do?

What have you been doing?
You have ICS hboot,but a GingerBread radio.
I suggest you reflash the 3.32 firmware.
Look HERE

i tried to put the firmware on sd and go to bootloader and i get this message
Model ID incorrect!

what next?

Hi,
It is all explained in the thread.
You need to find out your cid number ,and then, edit the text file in the firmware package.

i know but how i can know my cid if i can only access the bootloader?

Hi,
You can get to bootloader,so choose fastboot:
"How to check your CID & MID:
You can do this one of the following ways."
1. fastboot load into the bootloader and do:
fastboot getvar cid
fastboot getvar mid

RUU installation failed.

yesterday I had installed a tmobile ruu. The RUU changed my radio and my hboot. Now I wanted to install my RUU wich i have used at least 3 or 5 times. But it when wanted to run the ruu it says that i have to search a compatible ruu for my phone. but because i have already used the ruu i simply changed the radio to 1.11.50.05.28 but it don't work is it because i have a other hboot?
my ruu: RUU_Ville_U_JB_45_S_HTC_Europe_3.16.401.8_Radio_1.11.50.05.28_10.27.50.08L_release_301814_signed_2_4
my bootloader:

As you're s-off I think you should reflash stock recovery before you will be able to flash any other RUU successfully...
Also it's not necessary to lock/unlock bootloader once you are s-off.

Thanks i will try it. But Tage last times it was successfully even with TWRP and S-Off. Tested but it doesn't work

I was on Viper and it was good and suddenly it got so slow so I wanted to change the rom
I upgraded the hboot from 2.15 to 2.16 using magiofuu i tried to put MagioRom on the sdcard but no use
and now I think i bricked the phone
Tampered
unlocked

anyway I tried a lot but nothing is working either
error no device
or error 99
and it was s-off I used rumrunner
RUU is not working as well

finally it worked
in recovery I used sideload and i put the rom magio on the sdcard
adb sideload magio.rom
then it didn't work just was stock on htc logo
afterwards i unzipped the boot.img from magio.zip and flashed it
fastboot flash boot boot.img
and then it worked like a charm
