bootloop please help - Transformer TF300T Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So I bought this asus tf300t that is softbricked for a low price. I've fixed many softbricks before but this one won't boot into fastboot nor recovery. Only nplex mode or whatever it's called. Does anyone have any solutions? Thanks.

Sorry mate you've bought a lemon if it won't go to the bootloader and only apx mode.
Without previously saved nvflash blobs you are hard bricked with no way out
Sorry for the bad news.

Thanks for you're negative comment it really helped me fix the tablet a lot. Say jokes aside, does this guide work? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1927818

Sorry but if you haven't previously done it then it is too late now to use that guide as you need a fully functioning bootloader and recovery to make those back ups. I know you don't want to hear it and it might be hard to accept but if you only have apx mode then you are hard bricked and there is nothing you can do other than replace the motherboard.
Don't know how else to say it

Its best if you state your issue in your device's section for further/better assistance.
I dont know if this has been fixed yet, but did you setup nvflash prior to your bricking?
If so then you should be able to use your backup files to recover easily?

Un-intentional brick??

Hello there!
I have a really serious problem with my TF300T. I had the newest bootloader installed with 4.4 enabled TWRP recovery. I had the 2014.01.07. CM 11 nightly installed and was running fine. I have seen, that there are some never releases so decided to update. I downloaded the newest nightly yesterday and pressed power button. Selected reboot and then selected Recovery.
And here comes the problem!
The tablet bricked himself! It did restart but got into a bootloop I cannot get through the Asus splashscreen. I tried POWER+VOLD DOWN, I cannot get into fastboot or recovery. The tablet keep rebooting, no boot to android either. I tried power off, no success. I tried the reset button. I removed battery, still the same.
As I have never done anything to the bootloader, I did not consider making NVFLASH backup, as it is a risky operation. Shame on me...
How could it happen????? Does cyanogenmod alter Bootloader partition to reboot into recovery??? What the hell??
Please help me somehow! I dont know what to do, I tried all I could! Maybe APX? or only Asus RMA??
yours,

In theory, yes. But many people consider it easier to RMA it.

[Q] The hardest rescue

Hi everyone!
Just a little question, as I'm facing this situation right here:
is there a way to revive a phone that doesn't boot, nor lets me access recovery mode or fastboot or bootloader?

Which phone are you talking about?
I'm talking about the Alcatel V860. It's absolutely an uncommon model, that's the reason why I'm speaking in general.

Please ask specific questions as its related to the phone model. I'm not hopefully about it. You can get it serviced by "bootloader repair" Should be about 40$.
Some of the more common phones can be unbricked on your own.

I've already posted here, but I received only one answer, so I decided to speak more general just to know if it is theoretically possible to rescue a phone in the situation I described.
Anyway, do you think that there is no way that the pc can communicate with a phone that doesn't even reach the bootloader?
Ok, I'll ask a different question: the phone I'm talking about ended up this bad while flashing an official OTA.
How is that possible?
I thought there was no possible way that an OTA messed with the bootloader, or the recovery... or fastboot! Doesn anyone know what could possibly have gone wrong during the update?

Actually, it seems like your phone is bricked, there are some methods to unbrick some phones but I don't know if they would work for you, just try to do a Google search how to unbrick a bricked phone, and it might return with some useful stuff, try everything that's possible, because nothing worst can happen over a brick(except it can blast in your hand if you connect a high voltage in place of battery)(lol, it won't happen! )
Hit Thanks if I helped sent from my SM-T211
Already done that, I'm giving up if my pc cannot communicate with the phone.
At this point I'd only like to know how could an OTA corrupt the bootloader.

Only thing you can do now is, go to store(from where you buy your phone, act dumb and tell them that this won't turn on, they might replace your phone!

It wasn't me, it was my cousin, who flashed an OTA which apparently corrupted all the layers of the OS. I believe him, but I find it incredibly difficult to happen, so I wanted to know if that could really happen.

It means that the flashing went bad and now the phone is unusable. I cannot make it communicate with the pc. No access to recovery nor bootloader nor fastboot nor anything.

Try smart phone flash tool(on pc), I recently came across a thread in which author said he have a hard bricked xolo phone and it don't boot to anything, but responds to SP Flash tool. Give it a try, if might work.
I don't have it's link, Google it

[Q] Bricked Fastboot need help!

Hi there XDA,
I did something really stupid, I flashed wrong boot files in recovery. (Including Fastboot and other boots)
So my Moto G does nothing anymore, but Windows recognizes something like qhsusb_bulk....
Now I'm on Ubuntu: Can I put the correct files on my Moto G without fastboot??
So please help me, I'm just 16 years old.

You need to get a blankflasher wich will flash thd fastboot back to your device. In my opinion is your device softbricked. Do you still have the bootloader?

OPO recovery tool issue

Hi all ,
I'm having issues with the OPO recovery tool while trying to fix my hard bricked device.
After going through all the steps described in the original post, the device line lights up green apparently meaning that the device is unbricked. Yet now the phone is stuck at the one plus logo with nothing else happening. I am able to boot into fastboot mode but that's the extent of it.
I would really appreciate any help as I am getting really sick of my iphone 4 and can't really afford another phone.
Thank you

Thanks for your reply, I can't seem to find a working download link for it? Also on one website I found an "incremental update" that needs the previous version to work. Would appreciate any input as I'm not very good at this. Thank you!
