Why my 8010 has still no ota? - Galaxy Note 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Afaik the italian 8010 has kitkat since july but when i look for updates my device says that the 4.1.2 is the last version available!
Is there a way to force the update?

I have a 1032 kitkat and with the original application is not possible to shoot video with the flash turned on.

Hi have the playstore in Italian, I moved to Australia, and I can't download Australian apps since the phone says :"this app is not available in your country". so how can I change it to Australian? thanks
