I recently soft bricked my Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate( SGH-i577) by trying to install CM 11. My phone also has broken volume keys which makes it impossible to boot into recovery and/or download mode. Fortunately, I bought a USB jig so now I can get it into download mode. I am wondering what I should do next so I can fix my phone. THANKS
Hi,
There is no section for your device on XDA, so I suggest you ask here for help and hopefully someone can give you some assistance...
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
I'm not sure about your particular device, but if you can get to download mode now... Flashing your phones official firmware with Odin is probably the way to go. I can't find what you need on XDA though, so please ask in the section I linked. ?

Hi,
I've recently bought a second-hand polaroid mid1047pme01.112 tablet and the previous owner has made a big mess with its software. I'm trying to bring it back to life but I can't find a way.
Actually it can power up and show an image with Polaroid written on it and it won't do anything else. I can't access the recovery mode so I don't know what I can do to install a working CWM.
If the tablet is connected to a PC it doesn't react (the PC doesn't show nothing, even the driver installation procedure).
May you know which are the steps I should follow?
Hi,
I'm sorry but I don't find anything related to your device, so you must start asking in one of this Q&A forum:

Do not disconnect cable." is there anyway to bypass this without using lg mobile support tool because thats covered in question marks and after it gets my phone, it crashes saying LguserCStool has stopped working. ANy help? Thanks in advance
Hi,
If you've flashed a rom not made for your exact device, you could be in trouble. That can brick almost any device.
I can not find anything relevant on XDA for your device and issue though, so you will need to ask for help here,

Good luck!

Hello, i think i have software problem with my Toshiba at100. I can't remember what was it exactly:crying:
I rooted him and installed new rom. Then i don't know what happen:crying::crying::crying:
It can't turn on, no recovery mod or anything. I tried to connect him to computer (as expected) nothing happened.
Any help?
Hi,
Are you sure the rom you flashed was for your exact device make and model number? Flashing anything not made for your device can destroy it.
Your device section for help is here ,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/toshiba-thrive/general?nocache=1&z=9216513505671174
But there hasn't been a single post in it for almost two years. So finding help there will be difficult.
You could try asking here also,

Here is an old thread on returning to stock... Perhaps if could help too...

Ok so rooted my phone using 4shared.com and I ended up not being able to factory reset or hard reset my phone. Now I have found the ADB tool and want to use it to fix my phone but every time I plug it into my computer it tells me that the phone no longer has a device driver on it at all. So what should I do to fix this? Any help would be welcomed.

Hello!
My friend somehow messed up his Samsung grand neo. He got CWM recovery, but it does not function well, factory reset freezes, and almost no functions work. Android does not load either. Anyways, he cannot access sd card via computer, because it says "Usb device not recognized" on both computers. Also he does not have recovery on his sd card.
What options does he have? As far as I understand first he need to reflash new recovery.
Hi,
Here is a recovery for that device,

Perhaps he flashed one not made for that device? I'd suggest looking at sammobile website for firmware for the device and flashing with Odin.

Hi,
Please create your own thread.... As it has nothing to do with this thread. That's called thread hijacking. ?
Thanks!
