[Q] How to disable QUALCOM SECUREBOOT - General Questions and Answers

Hi Friends,
When i am flashing my samsung galaxy S5 with custom zImage, i am able to flash successfully with ODIN. ODIN is saying flashing is correct, but my phone is not able to boot with this image, its always going in download mode. I have doubt on "QUALCOM SECUREBOOT" option which showing it as a "ENABLE", might be its not allowing costom boot.img to boot. Please help me in disabling this option.

[Q] (Help) Kernel is not seandroid enforcing

****UPDATE****
I fixed the issue... Here is what finally worked for me.
I used recovery to flash NE5_ROOTED_DEODEXED.zip file and presto!! It worked.. I tried several others and this is the one that worked for me. Here is the link to the file.
http://cnexus.co/downloads/getdownload.php?file=SM-G900P/NE5/NE5_ROOTED_DEODEXED.zip
Okay so here is my issue,
I can access my phone through Odin and I can get into recovery however, My phone won't get past the white Samsung Galaxy S5 logo and at the top it says:
Kernel is not seandroid enforcing
set warranty bit: kernel
I don't have a backup rom. I was trying to unlock the hotspot yesterday when all this happened. I was rooted with the auto root procedure but that was it no custom Rom was installed.
I have tried recovery mode and it is a no go as well as going through Odin and while it comes back as a PASS my phone never gets past the white Samsung Galaxy S5 logo???
I have the SM-g900p
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Can you adb, sometimes you can adb before the ui comes up? If not what firmware you coshing in Odin? You can try a different recovery via odin flash. It sounds like you may need a full wipe from recovery to me, or try the ni3 Odin files floating around here.

Stuck on Samsung Bootlogo

Developers and users, please help me.
I almost bricked my phone. I can't boot to recovery, neither System UI. But I can boot to download mode. The device I use is Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 (S7582).
Before the incident occured, I downloaded Gapps for my CyanogenModded device. Now that I have downloaded the zip, I need to flash the zip file via recovery, so I selected to reboot to recovery. But instead of rebooting there, it was stuck on bootlogo and is not proceeding there.
I unbricked it by Odin3. Can someome close this thread now?

Galaxy Note N8000 stuck on samsung logo after update. Everything stock never rooted.

Hello,
My N8000 was updating today and it got stuck at the samsung logo agter the "Galaxy note 10.1" screen. I am unable to access recovery mode; only download mode. I have been looking for hours for a solution but can't find any. I have tried to flash a stock ROM from sammobile not working (odin always fails) , tried flashing both custom and stock recoveries but odin keeps failing. I installed the toolkit but inorder to flash roms and stuff i need usb debugging to be enabled, and it is not. Is there a way to enable it while on bootloop?
Thanks,
Where does Odin fail ??

Click to collapse
When flashing stock recovery, it fails at recovery.img, flashing rom at boot.img
Suggests wrong files used .
Or possible damaged NAND .

HARDBRICK s6

Hi, my g920f is hardbricked
It wont turn on (unless connected via usb)
flashing the pit file, twrp and actuall firmware all dont work pls help
What did you do before this happened? There's too little info; what ROM were you on, did you flash anything, can you get into recovery/download?
This is actually my mates phone
It was running stock mm
He tried flashing Stock over stock
Then tried flashing twrp (getting rig of the stock recovery in the process)
Now this.

G930F bootloop, stuck in download mode, only turns on when connected to power

Dear xda-forum,
It seems like I bricked my "new" S7 (SM-G930F).
I wanted to root the device according to this thread. https://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge/how-to/guide-how-to-root-android-8-0-oreo-t3840271
Since I didn't turn off the OEM lock, I got the FRP error.
After that, I tried to flash the Stock ROM again, however it just got stuck in a boot loop.
Device only turns on when connected to PC/Charger
Device only works in Download Mode
Device is recognised by Odin
Recovery not working
Binary FRP Lock when trying to flash TWRP
I sadly found out, that Smart Switch with it's Emergency Recovery doesn't work anymore.
Is there any possibility to unbrick my device or do i have to get a new Motherboard?
Best Regards
IJOJOI
Did you try to flash stock rom with odin?
This should be able to fix your problem
