Yes you can flash any rom or kernel you want. It doesn't matter if you have the Chinese opo

Why not just look at the OP for the candidates that you want to flash? I'm pretty sure most aren't pre-rooted, they require a separate SuperSU flash.
I tried liquid rom but that one is pre rooted so just wanted to know is there any other rom which is without root

Liquidsmooth is not prerooted. you have to flash supersu to have root...
While i know i can flash unified roms on T
I want to be sure there is no problem doing the same on T1

Are there any Roms without network problems for Samsung galaxy note 4 sm-n910p ?
I tried 2 roms: Resurrection Remix and Lineage OS both cannot detect network and I am unable to fix it so restored to stock rom.
Is there any aftermarket rom for my device without any network problems ?

Nothings is wrong with the stock ROM. I just like AOSP ROMS.
I never got answers for my questions in XDA forums
No development for one plus 7.
Sadly I sold my pro version.
I'm not asking for eta but will we see custom rom on this device?
