For some reason the phone started doing weird stuff like opening the camera app all by itself and moving homescreens without me even touching it. So I re-installed the rom (PA) and gapps and now it just bootloops. Any suggestions? I can get into recovery (TWRP) but should I try and installing stock rom, modem? How would I be able to get those files onto my phone to install?

I was on CM10.1 for a very long time, and just recently decided to flash something newer. So I tried flashing Philz recovery (had CWM), then used that to flash VRUBMF1 and VRUCML1 baseband afterwards (from this thread). Without booting my phone, I then flashed CM11 and the kitkat gapps. When trying to restore apps through Titanium Backup, I got a random reboot. Since then, I would get many random reboots, most often in the middle of a Titanium Backup restore of my user apps because it's the first thing I want to do. Sometimes the phone will reboot before even getting to the app restore. I have tried flashing PAC rom (4.3--I flashed jb gapps with this) and unofficial Paranoid Android (4.4) as well, and the problem persists no matter which rom I am running. Of course, I have tried reflashing many times.
I am also trying and currently on TWRP, but this hasn't helped. Going back to CWM and trying to restore my CM10.1 backup gives me a fail error.
Before each flash, I wiped data, and rewiped cache and dalvik afterwards too. Is there a problem in my flash process? What can I do to solve this issue?
Hi mates.
So, I was running CM12 nightlies on my phone but it began to get slow and buggy.
I decided to go back to stock 4.4.4, ans then flash CM11 on dit
I did full wipe (data, system, cache, dalvik), installed stock 4.4.4 (latest official build)
Then i downloaded CM installer but couldn't get it to work.
So I used Nexus foot toolkit on PC, but the flashing process went wrong somehow, just when it reboots the phone to recovery, nothing happened, no flashing process whatsoever.
From this moment, my problem had appeared
So I rebooted normally, downloaded CM11 and I was unable to flash it. Signature check failed.
I've tried OTA 5.0.1, not working either, same error.
So I am currently running latest 4.4.4 without any problem, but even after an other full wipe I'm not able to flash anything, custom or stock. My recovery is the latest TWRP from the Google play app.
Could you please help me ? I don't mind wiping my phone, and I'd prefer a "no PC" solution but I still can use a PC if needed.
Thanks

Okay. Saw that CM12.1 came out, downloaded it. Flashed it. Forgot Gapps. So I kept getting the error message the Gapps crashed. Decided to flash back to 12, but still didn't have any Gapps .zip on the phone so it gave me the same error. Loaded my recovery, phone worked even if it was stock android bloated bs. But whatever.
Then I got a notification of an OTA update, figured I'd do that, then make a new backup before trying to reflash CM12.1 with the new Gapps package. Phone reboots, gets stuck booting to TWRP. Got home and downloaded Gapps 5.1, won't load past TWRP. Reflashed it with GL_G3_Flash2FixStuckRecovery.zip from here on XDA. Still no dice. So I queued up that, CM12 and Gapps 5. Still boots to TWRP. Then queued up that fix .zip, CM12.1 and Gapps 5.1, same ****. TWRP.
I'm going on a trip tomorrow, I'd quite like my phone to be operational so I don't have to use my ****ty burner. Any suggestions?
edit:
I can still transfer files to TWRP from my PC and access all of my TWRP functions, but it won't boot past that.
If you have a backup I would just restore to the previously working backup until the trip is over. Then when you come back worry about it. That being said, you said you took the OTA to Lollipop. Did it update successfully because typically it won't go through successfully if your d850 has been rooted. Are you on 20f? I would try flashing a rooted version of stock lollipop there is a few of them on here some are even debloated for you. If it works and you get a succeful boot then redownload the cm12 and Gapps and do a fresh clean install.

The issue was before booting and my recovery didn't work either. But I found a solution and was on CM12.1 the whole trip, so we're good.
hey y'all i have a 6045i US and it keeps bootlooping it all started by flashing CM 12.1 4/03/16 verison by the marionetteso i also flashed gapps xposed and root so it gave me the bootloops so what i did is wipe data factory reset nothing worked so i flashed another ROM wipe data everything and flashed bootloop fix kernel and nothing, same results im at the homescreen and im doing things and bootloops from there even recovery rebooted alot lol im not sure why so i flashed another older verison of it (i risked btw) and it worked so with that recovery i flashed a TWRP backup from one of the threads to stock ROM wipe data etc. and nothing same results!!! bootloops from homescreen so if theres another way to fix id appreciate it so much a clean install as in out of the box also i tried the alcatel upgrade app and nothing everytime i shut down the phone and plug the USB it just turns on for some reason bootloader works still with fastboot commands so i dont know whats going on this is my first issue with this phone, thank you
EDIT: fixed i finally got the alcatel app to work mods please close this thread
Hej everyone,
I flashed a custom rom from mi-globe a few months. It was working great. Then I had the not so incredible idea of updating with latest miui eu 12, because the weekly update from the update menu was not working. It kinda worked, but it got too buggy. So I wanted to come back to a xiaomiEU Stable Rom.
It is now that problems begin. When I flashed miui eu 12, I got recovery loop. Lost all my data trying to fix, but I was able to flash the stock rom via the amazing XiaomiADBFastbootTools in my GNU/Linux distro. It worked! But the main issue is can not flash the custom rom again. I download the custom rom in the internal storage, flash the twrp via fastboot, enter recovery, create full backup, wipe to factory reset and flash the custom rom. Everything seems successful, but then I get a recovery loop again and when I try to restore the backup, the data folder is filled with folders and files with random chars in the names. Apparently the data folder becomes read-only for some reason as well. Then I have to flash the stock rom and tried everything again. I have done it at least 5 times now. I have searched a lot for some solution and nothing works
I have tried the OrangeFox recovery and the mi-globe rom, same issue. I really want a custom rom , but I have no idea what to do anymore. If I could at least restore my backed up stock rom, it would help a lot.
Please help me out and sorry I posted in the wrong section.
