[Q] Tethering on Rooted stock 4.4.2 ROM NE1 - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

Hi, I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 (see more info below)
I started with this thread and successfully rooted, and installed the unofficial 3.75 safestrap that his modified to work with this crippled 'NE1' update.
Referring to this thread here I see that there is now a modified ROM that can be run in another ROM slot, however is there a way to enable the native wifi-tethering on the rooted stock ROM? Any help, advice, or pointers here would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if there is any additional information that I can provide.
device info:
Samsung Galaxy S3 Verizon
SCH-I535
android 4.4.2
baseband - I535OYUDNE1
build KOT49H.I535VRUDNE1
hw - I535.10

there is only one solution which i found PdaNet+ by June fabrics tech. you can only have USB tethering with this app.

[Q] CF-Root-SGS2_XW_MOT_KG1-v4.1 does not work

I've tried the custom kernel CF-Root-SGS2_XW_MOT_KG1-v4.1 from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1103399, fourth post, but the CWM Manager v2.0 can't seem to create a backup of my Samsung Galaxy S 2.
I've rooted the phone and I'm on Android 2.3.3. Specs are:
Android version: 2.3.3
Baseband version: I9100XXKF3
Kernel version: 2.635.7....I9100XWKG1
Build number: GINGERBREAD.XWKG1
The developer (@Chainfire) did mention that the above custom kernel is "untested" by him. Just wondering if someone is looking to fix the issue with CWM Manager not able to backup the phone's content?
Any help/feedback is much appreciated.
I've updated my Samsung Galaxy S2 using the CF-Root-SGS2_XX_OXA_KG1-v4.1 kernel - even though the developer (@Chainfire) has said that it' only for Android 2.3.4 - and CWM Manager is working now. The phone specs are still the same except the Kernel version has changed to:
Kernel version: 2.635.7....I9100XXKG1
I guess if the developer read this post, he can update his thread at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1103399 with this info.

[Q]SCH-i800 system dump for stock kernel

I am trying to revert a Galaxy Tab (SCH-i800) to stock non-root. There are guides saying to flash the stock rooted ROM and then use SuperOneClick to take out root, but the stock rooted ROM has a different kernel version than what was there before I flashed the rooted ROM.
I believe this different kernel version is causing issues in 3G speeds and stability (as speeds were much faster and the connection never dropped)(This tablet is using the hotspot as an always-on connection) and I have not been able to find a system dump anywhere or how to revert this tablet completely to stock.
Here are the stock details:
Hardware version: i800.0.4
Model: SCH-i800
Firmware: 2.3.5
Baseband version: S:i800.0.4v.EI04
Kernel Version: 2.6.35.7
Build Number: SCH-i800.EI04

[Q] Unrooting Note 2 i605 to Stock Jellybean 4.3

First, If I posted this in the wrong place I am sorry but I did not see a category for i605 note II.
My goal here is to return my note II to stock jellybean 4.3 so that I can download the OTA kitkat 4.4.2.
I rooted my phone using Saferoot but I made a mistake in trying to unroot it. Instead of running the unroot script from saferoot first, I used the Super SU full unroot feature first. Now the unroot script from saferoot will not work. I know I can unroot using Odin I am just not sure what version to flash. Can someone help me? I just don't want to flash the wrong build.
Here is my phones build:
Model number: SCH-I605
Baseband version: I605VRUAND3
Kernel version:
3.0.31
[email protected] #1
Build Number: JSS15J.I605VRUAND3
SE for Android Status: Permissive
Hardware Version: I605.06

[Q] SCH-I535, VRUDNE1 cm and cyanogenmod?

I recently got a Samsung Galaxy S3
Model: SCH-I535
Version: 4.4.2
Build: VRUDNE1
Kernel: 3.4.0, [email protected]#1
Not unlocked, and non-rooted (although I've read I can root it via towelroot)
I am in love with Cyanogenmod from my previous phone, and really want it on this one as well. Is there any way to install it on this phone?
A year or so ago I rooted and installed TWRP and Cyanogenmod on my HTC Incredible 4gLTE, so I have some knowledge. I'm just rusty. Thanks for the help everyone.

Locked bootloader means no custom recovery, which means no AOSP based ROMs like Cyanogenmod.
