Go to the thread in my signature for battery help. And please read the first 4 posts carefully, and if you still need help, post the suggested screen shots, with Gsam. ?
Is not the rom or kernel.... It's your setup, usage, or an issue with something.

I m losing 1% battery every 10mins on standby with 2G on.
Please suggest me what shall i do..??
Which is the best rom/best way to get good battery backup.
I think you need a few more cycle to get a perfect battery percentage.if after battery cycle you still get battery drain i sugest to back to ics with alpha 11 kernel.

You can flash ROM again .
XXKPE (twice) ----> XXKPQ -----> then the ROM of your choice.
Flash other kernels....like http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2138707

hello community. i am trying to get my brothers skyrocket battery life to last a little longer. i flashed PAC 4.3, everything works great except his battery life is dropping pretty fast. i know sometimes kernels can help with this. Can anyone link me to a good kernel that supports 4.3 for skyrocket? i looked thru the forums but could not find one. any help is appreciated. and if this has been answered a long time ago, i apologize for the repeat.
thank you in advance
I would get better battery stats and see what is using the battery and eliminate as many as those as you can. A kernel is not going to make a big difference.

Well if you want a kernel for pac 4.3, here in the skyrocket forums I haven't seen any for pac, there is a just relaesed kernel for 4.4.2 called Moretz Kernal in the forums heres a link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2694688, that would require a 4.4.2 rom and the 4.4.2 pac rom might not work with it due the hybrid kernel it uses, I would backup the rom with either Titanuim back or somting or nandroid and go test a CM Monthly or one of the roms in the the forums for better batery, theres also this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2411161 to help cut down on the battery usage but remember to backup and read the first posts. Also the battery could be old and could contribute to the problem. Hoep this helps
Hi everyone finally i got rid of my gionee elife e3 version of Turkey and laid my hands on a Nexus 5! Yay for me!
But with apologizing I want to ask you guys a couple of questions.
Firstly, I'm on rooted and unblocked LMY48B build with TWRP recovery.
First question: Which ROM to switch from the stock one? Stabile and battery friendly.
Second is; I want to change my kernel to a one with DoubleTap2Wake. Because using the switch button with spigen slim armor case is not easy that much.
If you could guide me i would be one of the happiest Nexus 5 users ever.
Thanks in advance =)
Id recommend cataclysm rom personally. Not sure what kernels have that feature as i never used it because it's a battery drainer. But you can't go wrong with elementalx or code blue kernels

Battery life is alsmost the same on every custom roms.
DT2W is the opposite of battery life with this device. Some built-in kernels have this feature though or read OPs of custom kernels.
Runnin Chroma ROM + Elementalx. Best battery life I'v ever had ( trust me tried many ROMs )
Hey guys! How are u all ?? Let's discuss about bettery life that is Screen on time, standby time, gaming, music play time. I think it would be helpful and enjoyful. Lets start discussion.
Note:- PLZ MENTION WHAT ROM AND KERNEL ARE YOU USING.
I am getting this much of bettery life with Stock TW rom with voltaqe 11.2 latest kernel.
Actually there's been a similiar thread. Here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2255169
So you can post your battery usage in there.

Hey guys,
I flashed resurrection remix on my mi4i yesterday,
Its lagging a lot, it lags during typing, to open any app, pulling the notification panel, sometimes even during the boot animation. Somewhat same happened when I flashed CM14 before coming to RR. Approximately 500mb ram is free everytime, I don't know which apps are using so much of my ram. Also the battery is draining faster than before. Will this issue be solved if I flash a new kernel? Like sensei?Any help would be appreciated.
Hi !
I see that you`ve got your answer here and you must post custom rom related questions in the rom thread or in the Q&A section of your device
If that rom is no longer supported you can move onto another one or revert to stock
Good luck !
