Guyz i m using canvas A110Q canvas 2 plus....it is running on android 4.2.1.....i have rooted my phone using motochopper....i want to swap my internal sd with an external sd so that i can run high end games....i have a 8 gb external sd....how can i do it....is it the same way as mentioned in the thread for swapping sd for galaxy s4 and s3....i am hesitating for using that method because my device is running 4.2.1 and i m not sure about it...thanx
It doesn't matter if you have 4.2.1, you can still swap your cards with the same trick, modify your volds.fstab file... You can follow the guide HERE
But make sure make a complete nandroid backup first so that you can restore your phone in case it gives a problem..
If you still have doubt, just post your vold.fstab file content here..

i swaped my internal n external storage by ediging etc file.....m geting plm in installing apps and also titanium is not restoring apps.........

I have recently install cyanogenmod 11 in my micromax unite 2.Now I can not change by storage location to external SD card.whenever I am downloading something it is being saved at internal SD card.So is there any way to save downloading file to external SD card? (Plz don't tell tell that just copy those file and paste to ext card)

My micromax canvas tab p480 is in lollipop version..n m fcng a srious prob...the sd card is not writeable to any apps(as storing downloaded) files...all i can do is jst can transfer files to it frm intrnl memory...and all this is there in spite of tht i hv saved the default write disk as the sd card......when i sv the storage path for downloads as sd card in any of my browser...it prompts sayimg tht sd card is not writeable or read only..sometimes it says storage path nt available..etc...neither are the options like 'move to sd card'is cominn for any apps...friends plz do help me...how to fix this...how to mk my sd card writeable to those external browsers and file managers????also is there any way through which the app data part could be movedto sd card as it was done in previous android version?????

Yesterday my phone was at bootloop and i fixed the bootloop using sp flash tool with my pc. After flashing,my phone storage only have 0.89 GB but my internal storage have 5.28 GB. My all apps i installed from playstore is saving in phone storage that only has 0.89 GB I need to swap phone storage to internal storage.
Is I Flashed My ROM In Wrong Place??
