There are different ways to fix a bootloop.
Here are some threads about it:
1. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 > Galaxy Tab 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > [Solved][Q]Galaxy tab 2 10.1 p5110 Firmware upgrade encountered an issue
2. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 > Galaxy Tab 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > [Q] boot loop on P5110 help
For further questions, please ask in the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 > Galaxy Tab 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > The Galaxy Tab 2 Help Thread [Ask Any Question!], or in the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 > Galaxy Tab 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
Basically you can try to fix the bootloop by flashing a stock firmware and wiping data (= do a factory reset).
Here is a nice guide which might help: Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 > Galaxy Tab 2 General > [HOW TO] Restore your Tablet to Stock + Reroot + Flash New Rcovery.
Or try to flash the Slimkat ROM (stable version) again ... with all the wipe steps in custom recovery.
To boot into recovery, you might have to pull out the battery, wait for a few minutes, then put it back into the tablet and try to boot into recovery.
Hope it works for you :fingers-crossed:

There are many threads about this issue.
E.g. [Q] Samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 stuck in BOOT LOOP!!!!!.
Some users fixed it by flashing stock fimrware with Odin.
Some flashed a custom recovery, booted directly into recovery, wiped cache and rebooted into system.
Some had to wipe data/do a factory reset to fix it.
If you have further questions, please ask in the Galaxy Tab 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
Thread closed and thank you.

Hi,
Likely using Odin to flash your stock firmware is the answer. Here's a similar thread,

Hey
I've had bootloops and what I did was to install CWM all over again in Odin so I could access again to CWM, I unchecked Auto reboot waited 1min and while In download mode I did the hardware key combination and got into CWM and then I re-installed everything.
