You can try one of the universal rooting methods, such as:

Hmm ... can't find a working root for your specific device.
Check this thread of another user asking fr the same: Legacy & Low Activity Devices > Samsung Galaxy Core > Galaxy Core Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > Samsung Galaxy Core 2 (SM-G355H) Root
Or another one here: Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > [Q] Samsung Galaxy Core 2 Dual SIM SM-G355H.
So no real hope unless a dev finds an exploit for rooting your device.
But best place to ask is in the Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting IMO.

Hmm ... found something.
Here is a thread about rooting a similar device: [CWM] [Root] Samsung Galaxy Star Pro Duos GT-S7262.
But IDK if this will work for your phone too.
So better ask in the rooting Q&A thread before flashing anything.
