No, completely different carrier. With a rom not specifically for the phone even though the phone is the same you will brick it

I have a Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G - t769 firmware 2.3 i want to upgrade to 4.1 o maybe w/ rom 4.3
i know how i do it on Galaxy S2 but with this device i dont know anything, so please somebody tell me how i can do it?
BTW, there is a official firmware to 4.1 for kies?

There is no official firmware for 4.1.2 for the blaze. The last official is 4.0.4. If you haven't done it yet, I would upgrade to 4.0.4 before rooting, but rooting with 2.3 is on there as well. As soon as your rooted, make sure you have the proper recovery flashed for whatever firmware you choose! The Bible is the best place to start! Any questions, let us know!

you can only use roms in your exact phones development forum, or that state specifically that they will work on your model.
any deviation will have you flashing back to stock (best case scenario), or buying a new phone (worst case, but not rare).
Hi All,
Just wondering if there are any custom ROMS here on XDA that can be flashed to the 920W (Canadian) version of the S6?
It's been a while since I've had a "regional" type device (Going all the way back to my S3) as usually I opt for the International version of devices.
That being said, I don't recall how careful I have to be when flashing a ROM that may have been made for a different regional version device.
Also... What is the best way to root the S6? I've heard lots about PING-PONG and how it won't trip KNOX but any advice is appreciated!

T-Mobile ROMs can be flashed without the need for the audio fix, the same applies to AT&T ROMs.
Thanks to a few developers in the TMO section, you can now flash International ROMs along with a specific few kernels, or any kernel of your choice and a flashable patch for the call audio fix.
