I'm scouring the internet for ANYTHING developer related to this laptop that runs Android. I was hoping the nice people here at XDA might have an idea where to direct me? I'm just looking for a way to root the thing.

That device seems fairly new, you may need to give it time. But right now there's nothing I can find on XDA about it. You can ask here....

I have been searching all over, but it seems there is little to no info on this phone regarding rooting or unlocking. Any site that says they can unlock any Huawei phone never has my model listed. I'd really like to get this thing rooted. Any advice?

Thank you. I give those a shot. I think it has to do with the phone just coming out.
My friends got this phone today and theyre trying to root it. ive looked in youtube and google but it seems like its a fairly new phone. it runs kitkat 4.4

I have a dragon touch e71 tablet on android 4.4.2 and I need to root it. I have tried all the one click root methods and all nonpc methods and have had no success. is there not some way to do your self what these programs are trying to do?? im super interested but am not very tech savvy. I have a windows 8 lp top and a usb cable and a tablet and all the time in the world.
