camera lens replace

I have a scretch on the camera's lens were I can get a replacement for that? on ebay there is this :

If it's not major I'd suggest polishing it out with a polish like displex or automotive t-cut?

+1 for the polishing, I did mine with some metal cleaner on a cotton bud, worked a treat.

i've a problem too with lens in the back cover... It's dirty inside and photos are orribile i would like to replace back cover but i didn't find it..

Here you can find a how-to for replacing the lense with a Sapphire one:

original lense should have these measures:
9,46mm & 0,51mm
BUT:
The TyTn II got a squarish lense, the Desire a round one. So no way to use this here

Please only use "United States Dollar (USD) - $" and/or "European Euros (EUR) - €" for currencies, so everyone doesn't confused in this thread.
Easiest way to convert currency is go to http://www.google.com/, then just type in the search bar (example for converting $ 1 USD to EUR). type in the search "1 USD in EUR". Then the result shows.
And please share some pictures of it directly to your post, don't share a link. So that we can see it directly, and some of us uses Tapatalk, it's annoying to open browser just for it...
And this is my case. An original "Capdase - Xpose: Ultra Slim & Soft-to-touch" with a *screen protector* included. I bought it for only $ 8 USD.

Finally found a fellow Indonesian in SGS III Mini forum :laugh:
I use Capdase soft back jacket. Rugged. Good materials. Feels really nice to grip!
Only $13 in my local electronic superstore. One pack comes with a free screen protector.

Perfect fit and alignment, quality leather, magnetic clasp, ideal protection for my needs.
Tuff-Luv, the manufacturer regularly places them for auction at £17 ($26) or buy it now £34 ($51). I was the sole bidder.
I also have the one in post #8 but I'm not keen on it.

From Italian eBay seller for 14 EUR with free S/H to domestic location at that moment. It's an original case, should be available in cyan, lime, white and soft orange collors too aside that one AFAIK.

How to know before buying new out-the-box S6 if it has Sony or Samsung camera sensor?

Hi,
I'm saying good bye to my trusty old S4 today & buying a brand new S6 (920F) out the box. Did some research on S6 last night & discovered that some models ship with a Sony camera sensor (superior) and some with Samsung camera sensor (inferior).
I read that those manufactured in Korea are more likely to have the Sony sensor as opposed to those made in Vietnam which are more likely to have the Samsung sensor. It should state on the box in which country it was made, right?
Can anyone confirm this or advise otherwise?

I'm picking the S6 up for cheap on a contract. Nexus has very little features compared to <insert manufacturer> in general & doesn't get sold in my country. HTC has no support in my country and is terribly over priced too!
I'm happy with an "old" Samsung Galaxy S6 and (for all its shortcomings) I will mod it till it's perfect.
So you say it's impossible to determine beforehand which camera sensor I'll be getting just by looking at the box and seeing where it was manufactured? Life certainly is a box of chocolates! :laugh:
But on the contrary, I always believe "impossible is none" - just ask Nike!

My S6 has the ISOCELL sensor. I do not experience any problems with it. You need not worry about it.
