Hey there,
Of course who doesn't love Nexus 5? One of my favourite features of Nexus 5 is the translucent shadow it has on top and button, i.e., the navigation bar and status bar gradient effects on top and bottom.
Is it possible to have that in Xperia L? I mean yes, we do have it in launcher.. but it's just translucent, there's no gradient effect. And that's only in launcher! Is it possible to do it via some Xposed module? I've seen some people have nexus 5 translucent statusbar and navbar, but I always wonder how they do it.
:') Not a serious case, but just asking.

I already have that. Read my post carefully, "Nexus 5 translucent bar - the gradient effect". If it's available in GravityBox, please tell me the instructions on how to apply it Thanks for replying though.
No one can help me? Or is it currently impossible?
Tinted Status Bar.
*Root your XL!
*Install Xposed Framework
*install gravity box from within xposed app
*open transparency management in gravity box
*set trans to 100%

Try GEL launcher to get that....
Using xposed tinted status bar set default tints to 6600000
if you're using serajr based systemui, you must use systemui patcher to patch it first because it is based from 4.3fw
also using xposed framework

But GravityBox have a Pie control , in my opinion Pie control is better than hiding navbar as Kitkat rom, and GravityBox is better because have more options than Serajr's Xposed.

Great xposed module.Navigatioan bar and statusbar icons
Hello,
I have just downloaded the xposed installer with installing its framework to get the tinted status bar module on my rooted SGS4 then i rebooted my device after that i went to check some google apps like google play store, youtube, google plus..etc but there were no effects on them so i tried to goto the per apps tint option in the module to change every single apps status bar's color and nothing want to change..
Anyone have idea about that?
Thanks.
This is a Galaxy S 4G forum so..........yeah you're on the wrong forum.
And I recommend you ask the creator of xposed if you have problems with it..
So bit of a problem. I am trying to use a theme (I've also tried xStana) to have a nav bar with colored icons. I've also tried mods to match the color of the status and nav bar to the app (flat style colored bars, tinted status bar, translucent style). The problem is, they seem to not play nice with each other. Any of the mods I've tried to tint the bars also make the color of the icons I've chosen not show up. Does anyone know of a combination that will work? Ideally one that won't force material icons on the status bar.
I'm using GravityBox [MM] and xstana and it is working fine. gravitybox has the nav bar color options.

I'm using the domokun bar from xstana. I tried the Gravitybox tinting option and it overwrites the brown of it. I'm also trying to find one that will actually match the navbar color to each app.
