Since MIUI 6 is released, many of you have been asking when will your non-Xiaomi device get MIUI 6. The bad news is that there's no word about it yet, the good news is that you can have a taste of MIUI 6 on your phone now using MIUI Express! :good:

link not working
Hi
Link given not working plz mirror it
Maybe you can try here : http://en.miui.com/thread-39149-1-1.html
It's good and nice but I really don't like the messages and phone since most of it is in Chinese since start and they really don't give a .... about translating it. Also on my Nexus 4 it's crazy hogging ram. Launcher itself uses a reasonable amount but the messages itself around 100 and phone 80 so together 250 ram for 3 apps. I'll stick to the latest milauncher (3.2.0) from xiaomi site (it's not on playstore).

To anyone who is not on version 0.8.0, update! Thanks!
To anyone who uninstalled due to inconsistency in call screen, please give 0.8.0 a try. You will not be disappointed
Sorry for the lack of updates! I've been very busy. 0.8.0 introduced a lot more bugs and instability than I had expected but pretty much everything should be fixed in 0.8.0.7. If you find something please let me know! Now that the app is at a good point of stability, I will be adding more features and customizations. I promise! First thing to come is QVGA support.
Here are some features that came from users that will be coming soon (in no particular order):
-Social network integration
-Show caller location based on area code
-Send location via sms
-Custom entry tags and custom lists
BETA Version 0.8.0.8.1 *Current*
-Save SMS to message thread
-Lots of fixes in this update
-Fixed sms occasional force close
-Fixed in-call screen not appearing after answering call!
-Fixed having to stop/start app after reboot (does not use any services anymore)
-Improved overall stability
BETA Version 0.8.0.2
-Fixed force close issues. Sorry!
BETA Version 0.8.0.1
-Major change in display of call screen. No more occasional stock call screen!
-Fixed bug where lock pattern displayed over call screen
-Other small bug fixes
-Fixed crash reporter
BETA Version 0.7.9.1
-Ad-supported
-Automatic crash reporter
-Displays number type (Home, Mobile, etc.)
-SMS bug fix
BETA Version 0.7.5
-Custom background color
BETA Version 0.7.6
PLEASE UNINSTALL PREVIOUS VERSIONS
-Add tags to messages for number input

Refuses to install on x10 mini
works on my samsung galaxy s, however after clicking the pickup call button, i still have to unlock it the basic way (Slide it) to listen to the call. Is there anyway to disable that?
anyway to make the caller pic bigger like on the iphone
finally, a decent app works perfect on the htc evo with no problems,
would be a nice to customize the answer and end buttons so it goes well with peoples themes etc.
but good job dev.

This feature is planned for the full release, along with many other customizations. The current version is 0.7.9.1 so I recommend you download from the market, as it includes an automatic crash reporter to help me sort out bugs and other fixes.
I have found a much better way of overriding the incoming call screen (sort of hacky right now) which will be implemented in version 0.8.0. This will make the app much more stable and efficient and the call screen will open much more consistently.
Also included in version 0.7.9.1 is the addition of admob ad banners on the settings page (there are NO banners on the actual call screen). This is mostly to support the development of this app during its beta stages. Eventually the app will be paid with the possibility of a free, ad-supported version. The paid version will not be appearing very soon, though, as the app is far from ready. Keep in mind, the beta versions of this app do not represent the final product. They are only for feedback and testing. Thanks
Awesome application!!!

Sweet! Also, just a question. I see the Google Code page has a Source tab but there's nothing in it. Is this going to be Open Source or is that tab showing just an accident?
EDIT: Just saw you plan a paid version, so I doubt you're releasing the source. Carry on!
Has Google Voice text option been added yet? I don't have texted on my normal number.

-We going to have more apps coming this week for you all to test out.
How do you know the app been change?
-The App checks for updates every time the user launches it. If we changed the App, it will be update automatically.
Why is the app not working?
If the App doesn´t run or is running incorrectly, there are several possible reasons:
-The App is using Flash and you don´t have Adobe Flash Player installed
- Your Android OS version is lower than 2.1
-You haven´t established an Internet connection via Wi-Fi or mobile network
- App is to old and need a new APK
-App content was removed
-App content is incorrect

I think I should have the Epic Grenade app ready by this weekend.... Not for sure, but I will try to finish it.
We need more beta testers.....
Hello Beta testers... If you find any problems leave your feedback in this thread.
I think you should make a seperate thread for each app unless they need to work together. Also, as was previously stated, you may get more participation if you added some more info about what each app does and screenshots. Just saying...

Gonna try this out in the morning, far too late to be messing with it.
Installed though
I have quickly tested your apps, i will try and leave some constructive feedback
1) live chat - it does not work for me on my Desire HD with Flash 10.1, when the app opens, a small white box appears with a loading bar, shortly after the bar disapears but the white box remains, nothing loads though, just sticks at the white box (Please see picture 1 & 2)
2) TP4P - Seems like a nice app with some good information, reminds me of tapatalk but with a much nicer UI, It's a great start (see picture 3 & 4)
3) EpicNotes - looks like a nice simple notes app, there is no save function at the moment though, makes the app kinda useless at it is (see picture 5)

Hey, it's me again. You may be using my apps like Mario Live Wallpaper, Video Live Wallpaper, or WiimoteController. This time I come with a completly free (early) Christmas present to you guys at xda-devs and all other users of my apps!
I present to you... App Dialer
App dialer is an app launcher that can be used to find installed apps and start them very quickly. Today's Android devices have a lot of memory that users often spend on apps and games. Some users have as much as 400 applications installed on their device and navigating a list of apps or swiping between screens and screens of app icons just to find one can take a lot of time.
App Dialer can be used to quickly filter a large list of apps down to just a few or even just one item in just a few seconds.
There are a few app launching apps out there but what sets App Dialer from the rest is the way app list is filtered. Instead of using an awkward on-screen QWERTY keyboard, App Dialer comes with a built-in numeric keyboard. You can just dial out apps' names just like you would dial a spellable phone number. Button 2 represents A, B or C, button 3 represents D, E or F, and so on. Want the Browser? Dial 2769737 (spelled "browser"). Want the Gallery? Dial 4255379 (spelled "gallery"). It is that easy!
Having a numeric keyboard means having big, easy to hit buttons that can be hit quickly and accurately with only one hand. The app list updates and shrinks as you dial so there is a great chance that you will not have to dial the complete name before the app is already going to appear on the top of the list. With some practice (you might already have years of practice writing SMS messages this way) you will be able to launch any app on your device in three seconds or less, regardless of how many apps you have installed.
App Dialer highlights:
easy to use
can be started by long-pressing the search button (if your device has it)
can be started via a notification icon
starts fast, can be made even faster by turning off icons
quick dial for up to 10 favorite apps
pin selected apps to the top of the list
donation-supported, but otherwise free and ad-free!
This app is completly free. However it is donation-supported like all of my other apps. If you find it useful, please consider donating.

Sorry about double posting, but I've just made another update. Details in the second post.
How is the importance order set? Does it keep a count of which app we choose more when we click them in app dialer? Great feature! It has really improved the speed and relevance of the result, I rarely use my app drawer thanks to this app

No, it's simpler than that. It is a combination of the alphabetical order and the position of the match (ie. the sooner the match is found in the app's name, the more important that app will be).
How can I make this the default app over the Google search box apk?. I move it to system and rename but still wants the long press to active the app.
Use Pin Note to place customisable notifications in the notification area to be used as reminders, notes or application shortcuts. Pressing the notification will start a specified action, for example start your text messaging app, email app or dial a phone number directly. Obviously I will be adding further actions and functionality as time progresses. Any suggestions? Let me know.

Pin Note is currently in active development and is in the Play Store for public testing. There may be minor issues, but expect regular updates as functionality and design is updated and tweaked and of course any bugs fixed. Please feedback if you can, I would appreciate it greatly. I have tested on a LG Nexus 4, Samsung Galaxy Nexus and in AVDs but it hasn't been extensively tested in real world usage.

Please be so kind to report bugs here.

I have just uploaded the latest APK to the Play Store just before writing the post, it'll take a little time to appear but it will be there.
I've just checked and the Play Store has just updated with latest description, screenshots and APK. Also if anyone wants to submit bugs if they use the app and find anything then either just reply or submit here: https://bitbucket.org/roryrjb/pinnote/issues.
Again sorry no actual link because I'm below 10 posts.
I've added a few more options:
- Persistent Notification (have to clear from app, won't swipe to clear)
- Timer Notification (will count for as long as notification is active, to see how long it has been there)
- LED Notification (if your device supports it, the LED will flash every 5 seconds for as long as the notification is active)
I've also tweaked the notification layout slightly and a ticker also appears as well.
Version update:
Version 0.3.1.1 (Alpha)
- Fixed Intents.
- Added Contacts Selector.
Please find new APK attached to the first post. Play Store updating as I type.

Thanks, please give any feedback or a rating if you want. I've never used Notif Pro, I'll take a look.

It's been a little while but I have updated. Notifications can be customised and then set to appear at set times. The free version (a Pro version will come along eventually) is limited to 4 reminders at a time. Whilst I have now classed this as Beta there still may be issues or bugs. As always any bug reporting or feedback is welcome.
Code:
Version 0.9.5.3 (Beta 2)
- Changed Theme to Holo Dark
- Added "Launch Activity" Action
- Added Instructions and Changelog to About Section
- XDA-Only Release
- Plus More...
New version with some significant changes. Again this won't be a perfect release as I am adding more and more functionality. Your time, comments or bug reports are greatly appreciated.
New screenshots will be attached to the OP shortly.
Update Attached
I realised in the last update I didn't add some resources for non-XHDPI devices, they have now been added in this latest update (v0.9.5.4).

Congrats, this app is very good. Just a question: is there a way to deactivate the bubble on the lockscreen?

nice app
We released an update today.
Now the lowest supported Android Version is SDK 16 so Android 4.1.
For this we use the Accessability Service that you have to activate on 4.1 - 4.2.
Please try, give us a feedback and also important report errors.
Greetings

Any word on the memory usage. I installed it today, it went around ~65 mb. Is it normal ? Even Whatsapp won't consume this much RAM neither does Seebye Chat heads!

This is reallz quiet heavy. On our devices we had not much more than 30 mb.
We will check this!
Thanks for your information about you memory usage. We found an memory leak and will fix this in a few days! Also we will build in the function that the bubbles don't appear on lockscreen. Be prepared for testing.
