Does anybody know, if it's necessary to unsign a *.dll file from the windows folder on the phone memory when you want to edit it using Reshacker?
Or can i edit it directly whitout unsigning?
You should be okay editing it without unsigning, but you will probably need to sign it after you've edited it.
I would replace one file system in windows folder but it say me "access negate", I saw is a file "read-only" and because of this I haven't the access to edit it.
How I can edit it?

The built-in file manager doesn't trust us
Use something like Resco Explorer or Total Commander and you'll be able to overwrite most files in the windows folder.

Did anyone used before a local XML file as a database for a android app?
I am trying to build a app with flash using a xml file as database, to read the xml from a external file from the local directory isn't a problem, the problem is how to write data from flash to the xml file.
If used or know some tutorials guides that can help me please leave a reply.
Thank you!
I use Bluestacks 0.9.11.4119 . I Install android applications and games, from root folder (i.e. device/android/data/data) i copy all the folders to windows directory (i.e. publicfolder/pictures), now many of the apps or games have two type of similar files and i need to see what's inside of the files,
1st.- .so files and database files
2nd.- some of the files have no extension so if i open it on notepad then it comes in Alphanumeric symbolic format,i think its encrypted so i am not able to see even i have tried many language decrypter but failed
3rd.- how to dissemble the apk file and how to modify it.
4th.- how to read XML file of android apps, when i open it on notepad or Microsoft XML it shows error.
I want to learn something so please help me with these issues, and thank you for previous help

In addition to apktool (thanks, @kaiodduarte), you're also going to need a good text editor (I use Notepad++), an archive manager (like 7zip or WinRAR), and the ZipSigner app for your device.

It will help you with actually being able to make edits to text files without screwing up all of the line endings and encoding.
I don't even know what to ask other than why are these .xml files not displaying even though...there is clearly data in them?!
None of the .apk files can be edited as they all have, "broken", .xml files. What is this!?
No browser or, viewer or explorer will parse these files. Why?
What apks are you trying to edit?
And are you decompiling them?
Most seem to display fine, but using root explorer's view option.
