Go to sammobile and download your orginal firmware.
And flash it. If u don't know how, u should ask ur friends help or search from xda.

All Roms started its campaign on the phone are Roms official site Sam Mobile and the same steps that you mentioned, but all of them were suffering from excess consumption in the battery you do not know is a problem in updating the Android 4.2.2, or a problem in my phone, or I go back to the Roms 4.1.2 .... Best rom threads are not allowed to post on xda.
There are many roms check randomly and which ever suits you download it and then flash.

You can Try. If Dislike you can Reflash to stock rom.

pick the chinese app.. and uninstall it...
dont forget to make a backup from the app... (its not rly needed but ye^^)

Try software called "custom locale" you can find it on Google shop.
This will allow you to have polish language in 80%. For same reason setting will remain in English

there are the same chances someone bricking it by rooting than you doing
just follow the instructions carefully

i will give you 100% working process of rooting your device.
in just 3 simple steps,
use odin,
flash cwm
i will give u root.zip file which then flash through cwm.
if don't understand all above & afraid of doing it,

well first have you flashed a custom ROM or are you o n ur stock ......
next goto the system settings option on your phone scroll down to about phone and ull have all the data u need there....
post the build no kernel and android version ........
