CM11 is a flashable zip. Where are you downloading it?

Not sure what CM11 zip you were trying to "sideload" before. Are you sure its CM11 and you're not mistakenly trying to sideload CM11S fastboot?

From the CM site ... well i will try again
and i let you know

How to install Cyanogen in 1+ with ColorOS? I get error in the recovery!

I have the one+ of china (with colorOS) and I want convert to Cyanogen or CyanogenMod.
How to do it? I've downloaded 2 files in here:
https://cyngn.com/products/oneplusone/
cm-11.0-XNPH33R-bacon-signed-fastboot.zip
cm-11.0-XNPH33R-bacon-boot-debuggable.img
Also I've seen this website:
http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=bacon
cm-11-20140825-NIGHTLY-bacon.zip
What is the difference between cm-11.0-XNPH33R-bacon-signed-fastboot.zip and cm-11-20140825-NIGHTLY-bacon.zip ?
What is the official ROM of One+?
I know how to enter to the recovery. I get error when I select "install from sd" the file "cm-11.0-XNPH33R-bacon-signed-fastboot.zip"
what is the .img file?
Thank you!
The official ROM of OnePlus One is CM11S. The differences between CM11S and CM11 is that CM11S is the stock ROM with some apps that you would normally not see on any other device (AudioFX, CM11S lock screen, etc).
The zip you're trying to flash is not a flashable zip, its used in Fastboot thats why it says -fastboot.
Follow the guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2788632 and you'll be on CM11S.
If you want CM11, then just adb sideload the CM nightly zip after wiping.
It sounds like you're trying to flash CM11 right over colorOS without wiping first.

If you get a MD5 error, the hashes don't match and you should re-download the file.

If you are positive the file is not corrupt and understand the risks, just uncheck the box to verify zip file signature right before flashing.

Check MD5 of the file with something like ES file explorer and see if it matches what the download site has listed. This Thread may also help.

Go with a different Recovery. I am using the CWM Recovery and everything works/worked fine for me!

can't flash room throw twrp

I tried many ROMs and I get an error massage.
Any idea why? Or what should I do?
Tnx.
If you want help you're gonna need to provide way more information than that. Which ROM(s)? Exactly what error do you get? What firmware are you on? What recovery are you using?

You don't have the correct firmware installed. For Lollipop ROMs you must first install the Lollipop firmware, I'm pretty sure that's in the install instructions for pretty much all Lollipop ROMs now.

First things first, stop using a toolkit, they're nothing but trouble and you really shouldn't need one anyway. I think you probably need to slow down a bit. My guide has detailed instructions on anything you need to know. Can you copy a ROM zip from your PC to your phone?

When changing from KitKat to a CM based Lollipop ROM you need to first flash Lollipop firmware and modem, that's probably why Bliss wouldn't flash. When asking for help with something is best to provide as much detail as possible, so when saying that TWRP won't install a ROM you need to detail exactly what error message you're getting on an attempted install.

Without the specific error I can only guess that your firmware is incorrect. If you want to flash Bliss, perform a full wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik cache), flash these:
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B98G0KTJwnBFdVgxZ0x5RzNJSE0/edit?usp=docslist_api
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B98G0KTJwnBFU0Z1TUIyVE50WW8/edit?usp=docslist_api
Then reboot back to recovery, then flash ROM + gapps, then reboot phone.

Please Help

I was using cm12s, but i found out that the cyanogen recovery wiped over twrp, so then i decided to flash twrp again. I flashed the version 2.8.0.1 and it was successful. Right away i flashed supersu, then when i rebooted the system, it got into a boot loop. I booted back into recovery then i tried to wipe but it said failed or gave some cache error. I restored my exodus rom backup, but after i rebooted its still in a boot loop? What you you guys think? Thanks a lot

Yep, there's only one way to flash a recovery:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery <filename.img>

Need stock recovery

I've installed TWRP after updating to COS13, but now I'm unable to install any official updates without the official Cyanogen Recovery. I've tried renaming recovery-from-boot.bak back to .p, but it still won't reinstall the official recovery. Does anyone have a flashable recovery for this?
TWRP won't install updates because it claims the phone has the wrong release keys.

FLash it via ADB... Use Command:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Before that make sure the recovery.img file is saved in the adb folder on your PC
Else, select the directory, wherever you have saved it.
