Thanks for suggesstion. With Facebook, it's nearly impossible to automatically get user's friend birthdays due to Facebook's restriction , (FYI, we tried this).
We'll try with Twitter and G+.

Just tried on HTC Desire running CM7.2 RC0 Kang and is running just fine.

I was wandering and there are several options:
1) transparent 1x1 widget with text contact name text
2) 1x1 widget with background light/dart with contact name text
and...
main window with call, text, email - disable image, put contact name text only...
What do you think would be most usable?

Sorry it does not seem to work now. When there is a picture available or none it always show's the widget icon only, no contact pic or in the text widget no contact name, just the widget name.

Reverted to nonscrollable config,
just shrinked it now - should work for most of screen sizes.
v01 replaced with new one - you can download it from the first post.
Sorry for such a hurry - I have to slow down
I will test it later and think about smaller screens.

Today I want to announce my new project: Fast Home Widgets for Facebook!
'Fast Home Widgets' is the new generation of 'utility widgets' intended to speed up the consultation of your wall, gallery and friends profiles from your Facebook.
It’s really easy to use it, just open the widgets menu, long press on the widget you want and drag it in your home screen. Login on Facebook and start to use it!!
The list of the widgets:
- Your home feed list: view you home feed list, comment, like, share, open URL and also write new status update. This widget will automatically update every 30 minutes.
- Your friends feed list: you can view, comment, like, share, feed list of your friends' updates. This widget will automatically update every 30 minutes.
- Notifications list: you can view , comment, like, share, open URL from the list of your notifications. This widget will automatically update every 30 minutes.
- Album photos slideshow: slideshow of your Facebook photo album that you select. Just tap on the widget to change the photo!
- Birthday: you can view of daily list of friends’ birthdays in the current month.
Future releases will include private messages, events, page and groups feeds!

Let me suggest to modify a little bit the default blue theme, it is simply wonderful but the font is too thin and the space between buttons is almost invisible. I'd make another identical version with the same button spacing of the fourh theme, the grey one, which is already how I am suggesting

We want to test it carefully before publishing to Play Store. Thanks for your comment, we'll recheck the themes, currently, the app works best on smartphone (screen size equal or under 5").

We just updated the app to version 0.2.
NEED TO CLEAR OLD APP DATA OR REINSTALL.
Changelog:
- Updated built-in constants.
- Supported superscript in power operator.
- Fixed minor bugs.
Crashes on startup after update.
UPDATE: after reinstalling, it works nice now. Anyway, it's nice to see superscript is supported. Good job!

I'm really impressed with app.. done a really good job!!!! only fault I've noticed so far through my quick test is that the statusbar widget to pause, forward n what not don't seem to work at all. I can click the text part n end up in the surah being prayed n use the pause in bottom left corner but that's all..
anyway thought I'd let ya know! u should be proud of yaself for a wonderful app to help the ummah!!

yes it is tablet optimized
i have tested on 7" tablets but not 10"
if u have 10" tablet, plz send me Screenshots as i wud like to post em on playstore

well im too lazy to provide screenshots of the app, so im really sorry about this one
but i will say that the app itself will be open in portrait not landscape, unfortunately i cant read the quran in landscape mode :crying:
some of the feature are tested like qibla and adhan times, it works perfectly with me
also im using Galaxy Tab 10.1 GT-P7500 with KK, hope that you can optimize it to 10.1 tablets :victory:

A nice clock widget. I purchased the "premium" version, but I see I am still unable to access the ones you have labeled as "pro" (which I want to use a couple of them)
Is there some trick to unlocking after purchase?

Two Clocks in one Widget
Thanks a lot. Can you put 2 clocks in 1 widget, it will be good. one is for home country and another one is for work country. Please try to add this in your future release. (preferred digital clock)

You dont need to buy premium version to use our app.
There are already 19 free style.
Could you take a screenshot of our app on your phone?
