im using galaxy s duos and facing phantom key press .. the touch screen and menu button starts responding itself and the problem is solved after turning the screen off and then on again.. but this problem is very annoying specially during call or sending or receiving text messages..
it all happens on 2g.. on 3g it works fine.. but my problem is this that i cant use my phone in 3g all the time.. plz give a solution of this problem.. i have heard some other samsung mobiles that have this issue.. how many of u face this issue ??

Recently upgraded my fone to o2 Stealth. Generally it's good, only facing intermediate problem with the keypad. Sometimes when I restart the fone, the keypad doesnt work but only the touch screen works. I have to do the restart again and again until I get the keypad working. This might takes 5 times to 10 times of restarting to get it back working fully. Gosh.... !!! If this happens, it is very annoying !! I don't know if it a hardware connection problem or software ! Anyone faces the same problem???????
hey, I have mine for 2 weeks now, and I haven't had any problems with the keypad (besides inputing the numbers slowly than an usual cellphone)
-Some times when i get call screen is unresponsive, in this case I use power button to turn-off the screen and then again turn-on to pick the call. Recently at one instance screen is unresponsive and then power button also not working. I have to wait till call gets disconnects then I have to call the caller back.
This is weird. You guys ever faced the same issue.

My moms canvas2 is facing a typical problem. As soon as select any contact and hit the call button the screen goes blank and the phone becomes unresponsive. But i can hear the call and talk normally but the screen wont ON even if i press the power button, volume button etc.
After the person at the other end cuts the call only then the screen will turn ON and the phone works normally. This happens only during the calls.
I have rooted the phone and flashed multiple Roms but the problem is persistent. . Can anybody help me out with this problem and is anybody else facing this problem.
yeah you have to unroot your device from the service center .. they will charge you for that (its just because of you hve rooted your device) so there is another solution go in to CWM mode and restore recovery or else you need to unroot and vack to stock rom (Ics ) it will solve your problem . hit thanks if i helped

Good advice would be uninstalling the FB app completely, its a very poorly built app with many bugs. Just use FB with a browser if you can. Regarding your touch issue i can`t help you as i got the phone only yesterday. Usualy a data factory reset of reflashing the firmware should lift the issue. If this doesn`t help it could be a hardware isssue.
Hii experts, my s7 running on lineage os having touch screen problem.I think some part of the screen is non responsive.in my keyboard if I press space button v is coming then press m then k is coming ,sometimes nothing happening but when I rotate the phone and typing everything works fine.so I think problem is in the bottom portion of the phone.is this a hardware issue or software issue ? how to check that? how to fix that? please help me..
