Hi
I am new to this website, and i am here because of the samsung galaxy note shv-e160k that i just bought second hand factory restored.
I am wondering if this runs on the 3G network, and how i can access it? All that is being displayed is G which is GRPS. This version of phone is compatible with 4G, but i should be able to get 3G, shouldn't I?
Can someone please help, or if you are in the same situation?

Just bought Samsung Galaxy S3 from US Cellular.
Got it JTagged and rooted.
Wondering if I can flash it to AT&T so I can use it with AT&T.
Any help is appreciated.

I don't think so. AT&T uses GSM and US Cellular uses CDMA. You'd need the GSM flavor of the Galaxy S3 to run on AT&T.

Hi friends, I live in Honduras. I have a SGH-T999 unlocked for any carrier. The issue is that i only have 3G. I would like to have 4G if it is possible or HSDPA. I would like to know which modem do I have to flash. Thanks in advance.
I would appreciate if any body here can share any idea if i can root my Samsung Galaxy s duos GT-S7562 and make it work with 850mhz 3G network?. Coz i have bought this phone recently and unfortuately it doesnt support 850 mhz 3g network in my area. I have previoully rooted my galaxy note withthe lattest jellybean firmware and i really hope i can do with this too....thank you very much.
I know not the same issue but I just got the same phone. I have tried to unlock it. But first i have tried to root it with "wrong" root file (which was for Galaxy S3). Now it is not starting at all. The firmware was 4.0.4. Is there any way to find the right root file for this phone?

(Q) - Hi guys. I wanted to know that if you install a Custom rom on a rooted device, Samsung Galaxy SII i777 (AT&T) in my case, will it lock my network? I reside outside of the US and bought this phone in unlocked condition. A timely reply will he appreciated!
I have the galaxy tab e 9.6 (sm-t567v) verizon tab carrier unlocked i was wondering if anybody has been sucessful getting it to work on att network. Ive updated my apn settings to at&t but it still doesnt work with my sim if anybody had had sucess can they please explain
