Put the zip(s) to be signed in the INPUT-ZIP folder and / or apk(s) to be signed in INPUT-APK folder
run signall.bat
Check the OUTPUT folder after its finished

No, as per DEVDB Post Guidelines, App Mods & Porting is to be placed in the themes and app forum directory unfortunately. I wish I could push it to Android Development, but I can't.
