iOS 8 Launcher HD Retina Theme
Perfect Launcher! Fast-Stylish and uses very little system resources..I would recommend..give it a try.
Developer Hubert Gu has released on Google Play an Android launcher for iOS 8.
Grab it here[Google play]

The launcher attempts to be as close to iOS as possible and you can even customise app folders, just like in iOS! Most icons are also themed to match that of Apple's.
Of course, since this is still an Android theme, the standard Android stuff still works the same, like the drop-down Notifications Drawer. So if you kinda miss Apple, while you want Android's flexibility, take a shot at Hubert Gu's iOS 8 Launcher HD Retina Theme.
As this is only a launcher, you can always change or even uninstall it if you don't like it. But my bet is, it will remain on your phone for some time...

Helixlaunchers have a another thread, its nice but this launcher seems better.
I believe this is built off the old Launcher (not Launcher2) source, also it would need to be re-based for HDPI devices. Not being a developer, I can't say for sure how much work that would all entail (I know most of the drawables can be taken from Launcher2).
That looks awesome. Not to knock HelixLauncher, but da-yumn. Is that pinch-to-zoom homescreen view ala new Sense I see?

U are a Launcher devpro... Port this to nexus?
Wow i would love to have that on my nexus one!
There are some users using it on nexus phones, so it "works" (i cannot test, i have no nexus).
BTW, lacks hdpi support, but that's changing cause i'm doing a proper eclair port of my work. I hope it comes alive soon.
Works fine on the N1 with the the latest CM source (built last night).

Doesn't work on Enomther's. Flashed the zip, rebooted, absolutely nothing changed.
pretty nice launcher; works on cyan's nightly; didn't have to disable JIT before installing

I'm using this right now and am kind of digging it...Nice work!
I had one FC but I disabled the autorotate (I don't like nor use it with any launcher) and everything seems to be fine. I like the options for the drawer.
Just got another FC:
The process android.process.acore has stopped un...is what it said
I also like that you can hide the dock...very cool

Install as normal apk. I renamed my twlauncher in /system/apps to prevent it from from loading on reboot. Rebooted (by pressing home+vol_down). I have added the tested version of apk.
Is it better compared to adw launcher?speed wise i mean to ask..
I test it. And I think this launcher is pretty good (speed and smooth).
But I prefere LauncherPro
Thx for sharing.
Not preferred ....
Ya its a good launcher..smooth and fast....but it drains the battery very fast.....so not for long battery needers......I prefer zeam launcher...or tw3
question for developer?
is possible port the DianXin ROM ?

Android 5.0, the "K release", probably called Key Lime Pie, will surely have some interesting UI changes.
Many designers imagined how the new interface will be.
This beautiful yet simple and minimal widget is just what I'd like the new analog clock widget to be. I didn't ideate this beautiful design, but i re-created it and packaged it into a simple app, for you to freely use it.
The widget supports the new lockscreen widgets feature of Android 4.2+

Rapid Launcher
Your new home screen replacement
This launcher is a very simple launcher to use. With a very clean look and also themed to fit good with the newest version of Android.
The launcher features components like a Theme Chooser for icon packs and many others.
Rapid Launcher separates your favorite apps and the rest and implements a very handy quick search which also is the main component of this design.
Features:
Theme support
Icon picker
Quick Search bar
Favorites
Ability to label apps
Text color changes with wallpaper
Do not offense, but this is not a launcher. At least you should 4*4 grid view to show apps.

A launcher could be anything used to launch your applications, it's a matter of preference how one prefer this to be designed.
This is the list variety of showing your applications and its launching your selected apps, just like your other homescreen alternatives.
Best wishes
