The only exploit available in Framaroot for Galaxy Core LTE is Aragorn, which does not work.

In Galaxy Core there are two exploit:Aragorn and Gandalf

Good for Galaxy Core users but I'm talking about the Galaxy Core LTE SM-G386F here.
Please read before you post.

I have read and I understand, I just wanted to precised.Try to flash root.zip in CWM

Could you provide me with a link to CWM and the root.zip?

[email protected]@gle??

I did that countless times. Stop trolling if you can't or don't want to help.

Try CWM Galaxy Core

Last Chimera tool added g386f but can't try right now

During the process, root.tar (recovery.img and cache.img) is in 'backup' in the same directory than chimera.exe
Is this flashable with odin ?

Yes. But only if you have the enable the patch. You won't "Break" the camera as in you can never use it again. Its only temporary. You can disable it after rooting so camera works again.

no, it doesn't break the camera.
it wont break the camera if you use to root it will only to that if you use it as a patch to the exploit

New firmware root?

It's there any one touch root available for the new firmware. Framaroot and towelroot both don't work for any firmware after June 2014.

The list there is very outdated.... I've rooted a lot devices that weren't on that list. Just give it a try it won't bite.

First you should install a custom recovery and do a backup.
Download TWRP
There's a custom rom for your device but it sounded complicated....
Download Xposed framework if you wanna customize your device!
ENJOY :good: :highfive:
