For several months now I've had this problem with my pictures getting all disjointed like the one attached. I only find out it's messed up once I open it. The preview looks OK, but when opened it's screwed. Any ideas? Let's see how the pic uploads. BTW, videos also seems to have problems. Help!

If it still does it, it's a hardware issue.
