[Q] Cannot install the new OTA - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, I got a notification that the new OTA update was available for the OPO. So I downloaded it and clicked on install, the phone rebooted and it began normally with the icon of installing the update, but on the first quarter it rebooted to the Cyanogenmod simple recovery and showed an error which I will type here. Furthermore it's worth mentioning that I rooted my phone, with TWRP.
The error:
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...

assert failed: apply_patch_check ("/system/framework/core.odex","02f6c0e916ad7afea11678c3837c0a9e0c5ddfd6,"76a34383dd53ef9789ebd30eed41cdf11c03b7bf")

you just simply copy your OTA .zip file from your phone into the PC and than you can edit all the files as mentioned in link
I did it myself and works fine

Flash 4.1.2 and use motochopper with remountrebootfix.Then you will have full root and you can backup your TA partition.
P.S.- How you can see your problem is "Device is not properly rooted".

Here you go.
Flash 4.1.2 ftf then enable usb debugging and unknown programs.Connect your phone to computer and extract the zip somewhere.Open motochopper folder and run "run.bat",your phone will restart and you should see superSU icon in app drawer.Now open remountrebootfix folder and run "supersu.bat" when all is done,you will have full root.

[Q] Stuck on installing CM12 from OxygenOS

Hi guys. I figured I wanted CM12 instead of OxygenOS. I was using this method: http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/help/switch-oxygen-os-to-cm12-os-twrp-t3081896
I downloaded the file, copied to my phone, went into recovery mode, wiped data as told in the thread, and tried installing the zip file. Unfortunately I got some error there saying something about a MD5 file. It wouldn't let me install the zip file. So I had to install OxygenOS again. Now I'm sitting here with my OPO being totally reset. I tried downloading the zip file again but now whenever I try to copy the zip to my phone it stops at 1/3th of the copying progress (tried this 4 times, same result every time). I can't seem to copy the file to the phone in any way.
I'm using TWRP version 2.7.something I believe.
Any help would be appreciated!
Sander
Edit: When I try to copy a file to my phone it gives me an error:

The best way to go from Oxygen to CM12 is by flashing the stock images with fastboot. See section 8 of my guide:

failed update :(

So i am trying to update my phone for a few days with the latedt push OTA (6.0)
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",

And when the system reboots, it brings me to the TWRP Bootloader screen.. even if i push the reboot to system button, the update failed to be applied.
Any tips?
(ElementalX Kernel, TWRP & SuperSU - Stock 6.0)
Edit: Sorry for the picture size, i have no idea how to resize)

You can't flash any official OTAs with TWRP. It's a known fact, nothing you can do about it. Reflash stock recovery, or just use a close to vanilla custom ROM that gets the monthly security updates.

How to root motorola droid ultra lollypop

sir i have bought a phone motorola droid ultra verizon which have lollypop installed now i want to root it usind the method which i found here but when iam pushing the file My Pawn Moto.apk throug adb then this error comes
plzz guys help me seriously i need to root it
Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES]
Hi,
If you have Lollipop installed, then it means you have an unlocked bootloader and custom recovery.
So you can just flash supersu from TWRP (or whatever custom recovery you have).

Go to developer options, enable root for apps. It is disabled by default but you have the functionality baked in. No need to flash anything in TWRP.

its not working man, i almost tried every firmware
Flash RAW firmware (use the script / binary WITHOUT a wipe), then update normally.
If all else fails, you can perform the update with fastboot. It won't fix the issue and will have to be done for every future update, though.
Bypass "System update failed" - Update w/ Fastboot
Update notifications appeared, the update was recognized, but it failed instantly. I have since resolved the error by flashing a raw firmware without a wipe. This post is for archival purposes or simply an alternative installation method...

I tried both, but every time I try to run a script, be it flash raw or the flash_all, I keep getting waiting for devices, even though my phone is connected to my pc(through the side port) and is in fastboot/bootloader.
