In ported SU870 ICS to P720/725 is bug because 3D videos recorded by stock ArcCamera which as we know records 3D R/L instead L/R and not lets enabling 3D formatter menu, because these videos are automaticaly recognized as 3D
Lately with help of @troopii I did mod VideoPlayer.apk to force visible 3D formatter settings for all 3D videos.
This moded app will works with @MasterTobi V20FP720.zip and for all other ported SU870 ICS v20F to P720/P725. I thing this will be works with official ICS of SU870.
Please try it.
Instal by simple copy to system/app/.
Thats it.

LG told me that the Optimus 3D supports the other 3D format, MPO, however, I've got hold of loads of MPO files as well as converting my own JPS files
None of them display properly on the Optimus 3D
If you view in the galley it does the fake 2D to 3D conversion, so still looks flat. Touch the screen and choose MPO viewer and you see 2x2D images and it flicks between them when you move the phone.
These same MPO files work fine on my 3D TV and my PC
I'm on latest 10d software.

no, all I get is:
when 1st loaded (in 2D):

I was wondering what converter's been used for converting these demo videos that came with LG O3D?
how can i convert a 2D video from pc to 3D? i used some converters but i didnt sucess,
Can someone recommend a 3D video converter so when i open my phone gallery i wanna see a 3D logo next to the converted videos.
P.s i know that LG O3D has an option that you can view 2D videos in 3D. But i want to see a 3D logo next to the converted videos.

i think you need to add a tag called is_3d to the meta use this http://stereo.jpn.org/eng/index.html then convert to H264 with another app

Open your video in player, hit menu button then 3D formater, here you can choose what kind of 3D video your file is. After that you will see a 3D logo near your video.

nope, its not what he means.
I think u can't force 3d logo on non-3d-video, just my opinion
i tested it now and it works, but if your video is not 3D, it will not be played correctly.
I don't understand why you want a 3D logo on a 2D video.
If you want a good 3d effect you have to use native 3d videos, converted one don't have real 3d effect.

I 've tried to test all of Gameloft's stereoscopic 3D games on an LG Optimus 3D (latest 4.0.4 version) and an HTC Evo 3D (latest 4.0.3 version).
The results:
Games that do not work on any device:
Assasin's Creed 3D (crashes after completing first level on both devices)
N.O.V.A. 2 3D (crashes on both devices before main menu)
Work on both devices:
Spiderman 3D (works flawlessly on both devices, preinstalled on some Evo 3D phones)
LG Optimus 3D only:
Star Battalion 3D (doesn't show up for purchase on Evo 3D, seems to work flawlessly on Optimus 3D)
Nova 3D (trapped in infinite loop at launch when trying to play intro video on Evo 3D, preinstalled and works flawlessly in Optimus 3D)
Shadow Guardian 3D (crashes often on Evo 3D, seems to work flawlessly on Optimus 3D)
Asphalt 6 3D (on Optimus 3D: is preinstalled - but still, sound effects are cut-off sometimes but without losing frames. On Evo 3D - nitro effects and tire marks are rendered as purple wire-frame boxes and crashes often)
Let's Golf 2 3D (haven't tried on Evo 3D, seems to work flawlessly on Optimus 3D)
Backstab 3D (doesn't show up for purchase on Evo 3D, seems to work flawlessly on Optimus 3D)
Fishing Kings 3D (doesn't show up for purchase on Evo 3D, seems to work flawlessly on Optimus 3D)
Splinter Cell 3D (doesn't show up for purchase on Evo 3D, seems to work flawlessly on Optimus 3D)
