Cm threads can be found on the site where available. In cm development threads, with discussion and support within them.

I am hoping some recognized developers are interested in developing root, custom recovery and custom ROM for oppo mirror 5.
If some developers buy the device, then they'll likely develop things for it.
Until then, this thread won't help.
