Hi all,
I am not really an iphone fan at all but i do like how there notification are set up where it shows Phone: then the missed calls then it is separated by a bar for the next section which would be something like messaging. Is there any way we can get that baked into a rom or as a mod for the S3?

Facebook ChatHeads Not Working

Hey guys...not sure if this is an S3 specific thing or not so I decided to post in here.
Anyways the new messenger came out today and I wanted to try out chatheads. I install all the updates and everything. Even Facebook home. There is no option to even enable chatheads in my app. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

But I've seen screen shots with a setting for chat heads underneath. They definitely are not appearing on my device

I can see the option on mine & I have working on my GT-I9100 faking a GT-I9300 so Facebook Home could work on it as it's one of the supported cellphones in the initial release.

Same problem but I think the issue is related to the Facebook accounts. I tested using two accounts on one phone. One of them had the chatheads option after signing in. The second didn't. Not a hardware or software bug. There's something wrong with the account preferences. So far it's a no go.

having the same problem (with my sony xperia tipo, just rooted, nothing else)
if i use those apks which used to have chatheads enabled it doesn't work, even if i long-press a conversation and click on "pop out chat head" it sends me to the home screen, but no chathead appears

Same boat.
Galaxy S3, Verizon Rooted stock ROM and I can not enable chat heads. The option just doesn't exist.

Idk what the issue is. Its working fine for me on AOKP with nova prime.

Can anyone else confirm that it's an account thing and not a phone / device thing?
I've ever registered my mobile with Facebook in account settings hoping that would do it. No luck.

well, i just tried out on a friends galaxy ace 2 and it worked fine.. but on my xperia tipo it doesn't work, neither with my account, nor with his one

Both? The official version on the play store does not work but the modified version does. Any ideas why?

Works great but can't send texts no more I can make calls but not texts I use Google voice for texts and now it don't work how do I fix that

I'm using this rom. Good so far. Problem is lock screen clock and weather icon.
Weather icon can't change. Gray only.
clock does not appear before torn off the display.
What is the default LCD density? Is it default already?

The lock screen issues have been fixed and will be released on next build...
Default dpi is 320, which i believe is stock

Sometimes it will be somewhere in the middle of the page.
Sometimes if it's a apk it might be by the bottom of the post of the op as attachments.
Anyway on which thread are you looking right now??

oh sorry. like this ? i was trying to download hellkat for sprint galaxy s4 most recently. couldnt figure it out it drove me nuts. im actually decent with anything digital its just the structure of these forums confuses me sometimes.

My girlfriend also on the note 5 but not rooted has the same version play store, but hers looks like this
Anyone know why the same version on the same phones would look so different? The only difference is that I'm rooted and she's not.

In play app if you go to settings and press on the build version it will update the app. Although it took many times before it actually updated then once it downloaded and installed it took awhile to see the ui changes

Yes. He uses Mega and will share his folder with you to download his apps.
