[Q] Multirom

Hey guys! I have a Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 (2013) and I am going to try to use multirom. My question is when you get multirom and you go to install it your only choices are Android 4.4, stock 4.4.1, 4.4.2, or Cm 11. Since I am running the PAC-MAN rom I am confused on which to choose. Any help would be great!

[Q] Stock android for Mi 4i

hey guys,
i was just wondering if there is any stock android ROM (AOSP) available for Mi 4i , as is for Mi3/Mi4.
if not when can we expect something like this/?
~And Can you get original android DIALER app onto the phone, or can we add google account to sync contacts using the dialer app of the MiUi.
And do you want to use Mi 4i with MIUI or the stock android (nexus) experience.

As of now, there's no AOSP/CM ROM available... Root is now available in the MIUI forums (posted here also)
Technically , you can replace the dialer (system app) after rooting... And of course you can sync your google contacts and it will show up in the MIUI dialer.
Some swear by the MIUI design, some love the stock Android Material Design... I personally would go for the latter, but right now content using MIUI ...

Stock android rom
I am also looking for a Pure stock android rom just like on the nexus devices.
Now that we have the kernel sources from Xiaomi and several other CM builds, can someone guide on where to find or how to build from stock sources?

Please wait... I'm syncing the sources of AOSP Android Marshmallow... but don't expect a new build today or tommorow, bugs might be everywhere...

How to port Camera from one ROM to another (of same phone but different Cameras)

Hi,
I have Meizu m2 mini device and I am using cyanogen mod 12 from github/divis1969 and it works well but Meizu recently have introduced FLYME 6 with great camera improvements and I want to port camera from FLYME 6 ROM to CM 12. I have twrp already installed.
I tried installing apk's, it installed but doesn't work well.
So, I wanted to know what procedures should I follow to accomplish this.

I would love to see a port of the Note 7 on Andriod 5x or 7x..?

I noticed to all the ports of other phones that use TW are on Kitkat why not on a higher Android version like 5x or 7x..?
Iam using Note 7 port from E Team at the moment and that only on 4.4.4 why not 5x or 7x Android..?
CynogenMod is on 7x so why not other roms.
What you think..??

Bcuz it's not possible to use touchwiz apps on cynogenmod.

1.You cannot post these kind of stuffs in this thread
2.Since the stock kernel for above 4.4 didn't provided by Samsung,devs cannot build touchwiz based rom of lollipop or higher

There ain't any TouchWIZ ROMs released by Samsung for our Exynos chipset. (Like for the Note 2, S3 etc). All run on Kitkat.
And also if it where there i need a F2FS patched kernel for AOSP's kernel to work on TW ROMs (which uses a different file system from AOSP for higher android versions).
Else i could've made an attempt like i did for Grand Prime. (But storage will not work, then someone good at compiling kernels could help me at that).

Ok I understand,I would use CM but don't like the way it looks too Googly with the google Icons and thats,I hate Google phones and the way the ui looks,Samsung IU looks alot better and I didn't buy a Sam Phone for it to look like a Google one,oh what the themes like,is the a TW theme..??Is there a app launcher that acts like TW,Just fix this phone too,didn't connect to a network,now it does.. any one tried Note 7 rom..?

This phone is 5 years old , be glad that there is android 7 for our device if u don't like Google style , just install any of substratum theme, any launcher with different icon set , that's all

AOSP for Lenovo Z2 Plus

Can anyone develop a stock AOSP rom for Z2 Plus? Would that be to much of a task? If so, can anyone guide me so that I can do it myself. I just want a stock rom, with no extra addons, like the ones on Nexus, Pixel and Android One phones.
