actually rooting don't void warranty but bootloader unlocking does void it
as every one has that much brain that they will not take their phone to service center with supersu installed
keep calm and call J.A.R.V.I.S

I Think you have some misunderstanding!! You say rooting doesn't void warranty..but some service centers refuse to repair software of device if it is rooted but hardware warranty is carry-on till the last date of warranty. It depends upon company's terms and conditions.
Of course every one has that much common sense that they will not goes to service center with super user installed, that is why I posted how to unroot your device in my thread. You can do unroot process before going to service center. Kingo root app give you simple and easy way to root/ unroot the device.

if you have unlocked your bootloader then sus will say can update because of moded software
if you have root only then service center will only reuse if they see supersu in app drawer you can disable it while taking to service center..........

Mmmmm
Good Tutorial
But, Why all of these steps
In sony devices you dont have to root your device to boot into recovery
Hence,
You can boot into CWM (While you are on LB and Unrooted Device) Then install the superuser package
then flash the stock kernel
Its Easier Right ?

[Q] Rooting Note 3 (Sprint)

3 questions about Rooting a Sprint Note 3 (N900P):
I want only Root access, no custom ROM/Kernel. I am new to this, but I have read over the forums for a week, & want to make sure my understanding is sound before proceeding.
1.) I found a guide which seems very straight-forward, & is for the correct model N900P. However, the only thing I do not understand is where it says "Make sure you've installed the latest USB drivers on your PC". They do not elaborate on how to do this.
2.) Rooting will allow OTA updates, however those updates will most likely break the Root access, correct?
3.) A factory reset will not undo Root access, correct?
Thanks in advance.
bump
only rooting your device won't effect anything .You can update your mobile but you will lose you root but you can again root your mobile.before rooting yu have to enable usb debugging in developer settings. factory reset will not remove your root .

Unfortunately you will have to find a way to get access to a pc to do this properly. There's rarely a way to revert to full stock without a pc.

Need help Rooting two android devices

Hi all
please excuse the noobie question, hope this is the correct place to ask
I have two devices both running Android 5.1 lollipop
The first is a LG G3s D755 Phone
The second is a Hipstreet Pilot 10DTB42
I have tried some of the common methods to root both of them without success, any know if its possible and provide a link to a working method.
Thanks in advance for any help with this
Paul
PS if this is in the wrong forum perhaps a MOD could move it for me.
Thanks
I've got the hipstreet pilot too and want to root it but tech support won't help...
RE: For your ROOT PROBLEM TRY THIS
1. Try downloading kingo root
2. Then unlock developer options on your devices...
3. Then install kingo root on pc not on your mobile device as success rate would be lesser.
4. Then enable usb debugging mode.
5. Then install the abd drivers for your phone by finding on the net elsewhere.
6. Now finally on kingo root and connect your phone with min. 50% battery...
7. Enable usb debugging mode or else it wont work..
8. Then wait it will download the important files for the rooting...
9. It will reboot your phone three times approx.
10. Don't worry nothing has happened it is just flashing your memory and installing super user files...
11. Then wait. If your root is successful then it will show root successful or else it will say root failed...
12. If root successful eureka!!!. Or else please wait for some more months because it took me 5 months to root
intex aqua t5.
13. Then enjoy. But i cannot assure 100% success for every mobile but kingo root has provided 95% success for all devicers intex aqua t5 is my first mobile and was the first in the world to be rooted and is by me... So
chillax.
please thank my posts....
Rooting Hipstreet Pilot
Got myself a hipstreet pilot and have rooted successfully using an app called "iroot". The app must be version v3 or above to root though. Here is a direct link to the exact version I used: http://www.mediafire.com/file/de3391if9ya1sgp/iRoot_3.2.4_160914_0955.apk
If you have a proper twrp available for your device then surely flashing Magisk shud do.
else one click root tools are available
